​He explained the process thoroughly and reaffirmed the steps as we reached each stage, including when Lizzie would become involved to support the application. I really appreciated this, as I don't deal well with an immediate change of contact person.

Vicky Charlesworth and Cassie Coates were brilliant and helped me so much as well as saving me a lot of money.
