We opted to use Ryder and Dutton to sell our home in Huddersfield.
Leanne visited our property and handled all of the marketing. She also was available as a point of contact throughout the whole process.
Our onward purchase was delayed but between Laura, Leanne and Nichola they all helped ensure things ran smoothly with our sale.

They chased solicitors and the other estate agents and were super helpful right through to moving day!

I recently rented a property for just over two years with the lettings side of Ryder and Dutton. Couldn't be more impressed. What few problems I did have with the property over the two years (minor electrical issues and the like) were dealt with expeditiously, usually via a local contractor with whom R+D would already have a relationship. Highly recommend if you're looking to move to an area that they cover!

It is rare to find such a good Estate Agent. All the staff at the Slaithwaite branch, including Nichola Wain, Laura Watts, Leanne, Martha and Kim were fantastic. I appreciated how helpful they were, especially Nichola who rang me every week for regular updates and was patient throughout. I would recommend them to anyone.
