We always use Ryder and Dutton Glossop. Ryan goes above and beyond. Great and honest advice.

We didn’t use Ryder and Dutton to sell our property but luckily for us the house we bought was marketed by the Glossop branch. If it hadn’t been for Ryan Jackson I don’t think the sale would have gone through until the end of jan/feb. Ryan kept all the parties in the chain updated and despite not being employed by us they were extremely helpful and polite. In fact we are still awaiting confirmation from our estate agents that the move was completed and we’re informed by Ryan and our solicitors. We don’t intend to move house again anytime soon but without a doubt we would use Ryder and Dutton in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of moving into or out of the Glossop area. A first class service.

I have just ‘ exchanged contracts’ on my deceased mother’s house in Simmondley as I write this and all I can say is Ryder & Dutton offer an outstanding service and I wish this estate agency stretched to the Wirral.
From meeting Damien O’Grady who valued the family house (and it was Ryder & Dutton we chose from meeting a number of estate agents) to the first class service I have received especially from Ryan Jackson (he is a credit to this estate agency)Although I could use the tracker to keep in touch as to who had offered for our family house and how the sale/searches were going it was the personal touch from Ryan that counted. Ryan was extremely professional but friendly. He understood the decisions I made as to why I had chosen particular buyers and emailed but certainly kept in touch with phone calls as to how the house sale was progressing.
