She always replied to my emails and called me with important updates. I would recommend Ryder and Dutton if only to deal with Geraldine. She was lovely.

Had a very good experience buying with them. When i got my house keys i was present with a very nice box of goody bags and keychain. Loved the feeling.

Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance".
Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.

Carmel was brilliant in being the go between between ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors.
She kept us updated throughout and was very friendly and professional.

We bought a property from Ryder and Dutton, Carmel handled the sale, she was absolutely on the ball, gave great updates and chased both solicitors, I didn’t have to do much, I have bought a few properties in the past and I am very critical about other estate agents but Carmel is a five star agent for sure.
