Carmel was brilliant

Even when I got in touch with her no job was to small

The house is beautiful and lovely inside but the only problem is it's so close to the road and no car park

Carmel was an amazing estate agent, we have dealt with her twice due to our first house purchase falling through. She rang near enough every week to provide an update and always chased up solicitors when we didn’t get any response from them.

We sold our house with Ryder and Dutton Chadderton Branch, from start to finish it was great communication and got a sale price of higher than we expected, it was tricky sale with it falling through due to a unforseen reason but they acted quickly to get this back on the market and sold it for more the 2nd time around.

Carmel ensured great communication and a cool head through out and kept us updated as much as she could.
