We have purchased a house listed by Ryder&Dutton, and Shannon O'Connor has made sure we have been updated every step of the way. Weeks can go by hearing nothing off solicitors, and Shannon would actively chase up all parties to ensure things were moving. I really can't thank them enough for what they've done for me. I was in desperate need to move to Manchester despite not knowing the city/area or anyone there. After a series of bad encounters with different estate agents, I was lucky to be in touch with Shannon O'Connor from the Ryder&Dutton in Chadderton Branch. Not only she was kind and patient with a clueless guy like me, guiding me through the process from the beginning (the search, the viewings, etc.) until the end (completion day), she was also furiously fighting for me, while at the same time keeping my spirits up. There were laughters along the way, and it felt like I was just having daily conversations with a good friend. But don't get me wrong, she gets the job done! Always keeping me up to date, always paying attention to details, always reminding me what to do and when, always chasing the other parties, always explaining all the options. Not to mention the rest of the team there was very supportive and helpful. Long story short, I'm settling in Manchester now, all thanks to her skills, hard work and dedication.
