My move in process was done by agent Sinyee. Sinyee has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole letting process. She has been professional, friendly, and very responsive to all of my questions and emails. She kept me updated at every stage, from the application and referencing process through to arranging my move-in.

Even when there were delays outside of her control, she communicated honestly and kept me informed, which I really appreciated. She was always patient, helpful, and willing to assist with any queries I had.
