RX Outreach makes ordering…
RX Outreach makes ordering prescriptions super easy. They call doctors for new refills. They notify me when a prescription is due (and ship) and automatically charge my credit card for the deductible. I love it.

I appreciated the lower prices and you always kept in touch with me when it was time for a refill. I have cancelled my service for now though as my insurance dropped my rate down to $5.00 monthly. It had been $100, but with you it was $25.00. If anything changes, I will be back. RX Outreach is so easy to work with. I have my doctor send the script to them, and they mail to my home. If I don't have any refills they contact my doctor's office. The big plus is I also save a ton of money out of pocket.

Once again RX Outreach FAILS miserably
Once again, RX Outreach had proved beyond any doubt at all there they care NOTHING about Customer Service. Once again, I placed a reorder that NEEDED to be shipped by the USPS as they use the very cheapest FedEx rate that the only people that FedEx will talk to about a shipment is the shipper - them, not us, the customers, about our medication. When I placed the order I very clearly reminded the woman on the phone that this NEEDED TO BE SHIPPED BY THE USPS and that their system automatically changes it to the horrible FedEx basic, no frills, no service shipping. She looked at my record and saw exactly what I was talking about, then she put me on hold to talk to her manager, who knew exactly what she was talking about. She came back on the line to tell me that she said she is personally is going to insure this is going to be sent by USPS. HUGE SURPRISE!!!! About 20 minutes before they close for the day, I got the text telling me that my order has shipped and the USELESS FEDEX TRACKING number to go with it. When I called, I was told the Supervisor was already gone for the day. When I asked to speak to the supervisor's manager, she put me on hold, came back 10 minutes later and told me that he's going to "look into it" and call me back. I told her that this was not acceptable as EVERY SINGLE TIME I'VE HAD AN ISSUE I'VE ALWAYS BEEN TOLD THAT THE SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER IS LOOKING INTO IT AND WILL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK. AGAIN, HUGE SURPRISE, I'VE NEVER, EVER GOTTEN A SINGLE CALL BACK FROM ANYONE AT RX OUTREACH. And I have no doubt that when I call tomorrow morning, I'm going to get the same song and dance I get every time this happens. "Oh, he's in a meeting," "Oh, he just went into a meeting," Oh, you just missed him, he just went to lunch." and of course then we're right back to the "Oh, he's in a meeting." All this is gobbledygook for "aw, I don't want to actually have to do anything today" GREAT MANAGEMENT STYLE PEOPLE!!!
