R.W.FLAME Recensioni

Nice Grill, really like it

The quality is about the same as a high end bbq
3 burner is what I wanted

Well the discouraged a return but did give me 50% refund to keep it

As advertised. I am satisfied, it is a good little grill. I have already used it, works great. This was definitely a complete ready to go grill, with all necessary parts with good instructions. Thanks.

Both boxes arrived in good condition. We put the fireplace together and it’s okay quality. The pieces fit together but there are large gaps that couldn’t be screwed tighter to go away. The electric logs are disappointing - I expected a better look and quality. It cheapened the look I expected and wanted.

Recieved order very quickly. Easy to assemble. Quality bbq. Would like to be able to order anther grill to replace the griddle on occasion. Very well packed also.

That was the best thing I ever did only took about an hour to put it together and it works great

Love my grill but was overcharged, Home DEPOT has your same 3 burner grill for only $239

So far very impressed! Packaging was top notch and went together very well. Only have cooked on it once but cooked very even so far.

I like this grill! Arrived really fast, assembled easily, works well. Note: the stainless steel attracts a magnet.

Great product, customer service, speed of shipping. The warming ledge tray area in inside slightly bent.

I bought it because it had 1year warranty and the delivery was quick easy assembly and my wife loves it.

Shipped really fast! In great condition! Haven’t installed it yet. Very reasonably priced! I would definitely buy from this seller again!! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!!😃

Product was easy to order and was delivered in time

I like the many color options and speeds of flames available. The fireplace was easy to put together and hang. The audio options are not the best as far a quality sound, but that is an option I wasn't planning on using. I have not tried the heat option as I don't plan to use that either. The only negative is the hum that the unit makes with only the flames running.

Temperature stopped working in less than three months. It has a one year warranty in which it states they will replace or issue a refund. I went back-and-forth numerous times and they are only offering a 50% refund despite the fact that the warranty says that they will replace or give a full refund. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My grill won’t reach over 600°, what is wrong? Does this grill use propane gas?

Fast delivery. Great sale price. That's what I waited for before buying. I bought this to use in my RV. Won't be able to try it out until I go camping this summer. It looks fantastic. It will allow me to cook outside and not heat up the RV. I can't hardly wait to use it. It's beautiful.
