Take your money but dont deliver
I placed an order on Dec 10th, nothing has been delivered, I called many times and been left waiting at #30 in the queue. Now I see a huge clear out sale on the website. Don't buy, you won't receive your product but they will take your money

REPORTED TO CPCC. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've ordered 600 euro worth of goods. Paying extra for a 72 hr despatch. I haven't been able to contact them, their phones are going to a full voicemail, their support email bounces back and any attempt to contact them is useless. Do not buy from here. They DO NOT fulfill their orders. Report to the CPCC AND REQUEST A CHARGE BACK FROM YOUR BANK.
Absolutely appalling Customer service
Absolutely appalling Customer service . Ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 11th and paid €25 for express delivery. No update from Rathwood after they took payment straight away - after several emails bounced back I finally got through to their Customer service dept to be told my delivery wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas . 2 days before Christmas !!!!!!! I was caller number 20 something in the queue to customer service so clearly I’m not the only disappointed customer. They canceled the order upon my request as it’s no good after Christmas and needless to say haven’t refunded me as yet ! Do not shop at this place .

Absolutely Awful Customer Service!!!!
Despite being told on the 24th of September that my chairs would be delivered within 10-22 days.
I still have not received them.
I have been left on hold to Customer Service line for over an hour and numerous emails in which I was told also on the 15th November that I would definitely have them for Christmas.
This is not acceptable service from Rathwood and automated replies is just not good enough!
I will never order anything again through this company and now cannot get a refund because can’t get through on their phone lines.
Very frustrated customer!
Santa Train Christmas Experience
Went to Santa Train Christmas Experience, very disappointed, the elves didn’t interact with the kids at all, the show was not what I had expected, it all seemed very unrehearsed, the Santa visit was by far the most underwhelming and rushed experience, there was even another family put into the room with us while we were seeing Santa, not at all value for money, it was by far the most expensive Santa we have been to and not at all worth it.

I purchased a product that states delivery is normally within 3 -5 days. I've received no updates from Rathwood since the purchase was made and despite my queries online and by email (because i can't get anyone on the phone despite waiting on hold for hours), I still haven't had a reply. I'm genuinely starting to believe this site is a scam
