Very helpful and friendly individual who assisted me in ordering correct awning motor. I received advice on product return if necessary. Part arrived in a few days from ordering. Correct part arrived so no need to return it. I will certainly be a return customer and will pass onto others about this company.

I realize unfortunate mistakes can happen, but come on already! Had to return order that we waited for months for because not all bolts were included in our order. Frustrating, indeed!

Order delivery was delayed due to damaged packaging so had to return to FedEx warehouse then ok's for delivery next day. Ok. Good size trailer rug.

Great service and excellent product. Was told it might be a few weeks as item was on back order but it was shipped within 1 week.

I recently purchased the Splendide laundry detergent for my new Splendide washer/dryer. When ordering there was a note saying the product may take 3 weeks to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the soap within the first week after purchase. I haven’t used it yet but anticipate a top notch product!

Trying times these days on shipping but as promised all arrived. Good product and instructions to boot. Will use RV Parts definitely in the future.

well not very happy when I've been waiting for the thermostat since October 2021 order number C16826 I emailed Colman don't know if it will do any good .maybe you guys can email, talk phone do something i mean all i get is back ordered is just you guys maybe i should of went somewhere else i was hoping that you guys would be my parts source guess I was wrong now i need to find another place
