Everything with the trailer was great
Everything with the trailer was great. Cost would be the issue. $115 a night for four nights becomes $845 with Rvezy fees. Seems excessive.

Go through Reddit and check out the real reviews. Renting through this company may be the worst decision you ever made.
We rented a trailer for 8 days ($1600). Didn't even make it a quarter of the way through our trip on the first day before the wheel burst into flames (bad wheel bearing) and fell off, cause the trailer to skid on its bottom side, spraying a shower of sparks 10 feet in the air.
Thank God it didn't happen in the windy mountain roads without service, and I'm ever more grateful my vehicle didn't flip.
This happened at night, so RVezy was closed (until 9am EST), so we called roadside and had it towed to the closest mechanic (which wasn't opened until 9am PST). We waited around until RVezy opened, and gave them a call.
Worst customer experience I've ever dealt with. First they told us we had to wait around until the mechanic opened (3 hours away, running on no sleep). I told them, there was no way that was happening, and demanded a full refund due to the horrible experience.
They claimed we were fully liable for the trailer if anything happened, and would not give us a full refund. They then said they'll be doing an investigation to see if we were at fault, so they could charge us for the insurance deductible ($1000).
As bad as this all seems, I've seen far worst stories on Reddit. RVezy doesn't care in the slightest about its customers, and only cares about the RV and trailer owners.
They told us it's up to the owner to allow us a full refund, or they can file an insurance claim blaming us.
The only option I had was to file a report with my credit card company, luckily CIBC MasterCard has dealt with RVezy before and knows how fraudulent the company can be. However, I feel it may be months before we might see any refunds.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company by all costs. You may not just save a few thousand dollars, you may save your lives.

Super easy to book
Super easy to book, great communication and the RV was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. It was a bit cold one night and it is so nice to actually be able to turn some heat on for a bit!

The RV was delivered to our campsite and set up. We were running late, but they were so kind and flexible. The RV was in beautiful condition, no complaints at all. We would rent from them again.

Oh your website is extremely hard to navigate and I don't like it that you send me emails with questions and then I answer the email and then I get a response back but this is a site that is not maintained or whatever I hate that

Too many hidden fees
The service itself was quite easy to use but the hidden fees (preparation fees ,RVeazy fee etc) are as much as the rental fee. The owner does not really do any “preparation”. These fees make it go from a good experience to a costly one as when you check out it is double.

I mostly enjoyed renting the RV
I enjoyed renting the RV, but the app is hard to use and not at all intuitive. Also, it makes no sense when renting with the owner delivering the RV to a camp site, setting it up, and picking it up why we have to put in drivers info, photos, drivers license. It was hard to know what to do and how to do it in the whole process.
