We received a very fast response when requesting a viewing of the property and a huge amount of flexibility in arranging timings for this. John, who met us for the viewing, was so helpful and knowledgeable about both the house and the area. Ruth and her team are very professional and straightforward to deal with. Our very long winded purchase tested everyone emotionally and but Ruth and especially Vicky kept plugging away to resolve problems and understood exactly what we were going through. More expensive than other agents but Ruth was on hand and responded to messages in the evening and at the weekend which for us was invaluable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
