I ordered the rust oleum floor tile paint which normally comes with an addative..I ordered the paint on Friday and received the paint 9.23 am Monday 24 November. As soon as I open the box and realised the addative was missing I contacted rust oleum by email. On the email I required two things one was a VAT receipt and the second was the addative that was missing from my order, 4 days later I received an email with my VAT receipt but no mention of my missing addative….. one week later and 6 emails later STILL no contact or addative. Very frustrating no phone number to contact them. Don’t think I will be using these again Ever

Purchase an aerosol can of fluorescent paint. After 1 minute of shaking went to spray and got 4 seconds of spray before it clogged. Went to store got a replacement. That can, I got almost half way before it clogged as well. So that's a loss of over 1/2 can.
Not reliable products.

Really disappointed. Ordered limewash paint, but one tin was a completely different shade despite identical labels. Didn’t notice until it dried—now half the walls and ceiling are ruined. Nearly impossible to fix without starting over and buying three new tins. Customer service was uninterested, with no follow-up or apology, and would only refund one tin. £300 wasted and several days added to the project. Would not recommend—there are far better limewash products on the market. Thankfully, I’ll be choosing another brand for the rest of the house.

from ordering sample colours to buying paint rustoleum has delivered a consistent and quality service. Leaving aside the good quality of the paint itself, their service has to be applauded... next day delivery, excellent communications and easy ordering. I only wish that other services provided that same level of customer satisfaction.

WHY WHY WHY ?
Simple question WHY do you use Fedex for your delivery service ?????
They are letting you down.
Your service is great, their delivery service is useless.
This is the third time I've purchased paint from you and on each occasion Fedex's tracking has been useless.
Estimated delivery today between 8.50am and 12.50pm, actual time of delivery 16.30pm.
Its like this every single time.
PLEASE PLEASE drop Fedex and use another delivery service, hence just the 2 stars.

I have bought a few rustoleum products now and have always been impressed with how good they look, how hard wearing and easy to apply the products are!
I recently bought the floor paint in oyster to paint the concrete floors in my apartment not really expecting it to work that well and expecting it would be a temporary solution but it not only looks amazing it has also held up very well. I didn’t even have to do much prep work just tipped the can of paint on the floor and smeared it around. I love it so much Iv decided I’m not going to lay flooring on top!
Would highly recommend!

Garden Paint Samples - Sweet Pinks Tester Box.
It has been amazing I painted them on the wall with the pain names underneath.
I think these are so much better for the environment with less packaging and lighter to post.
The colours were spot on for choice.
They can on time an I was notified when they were delivered

I bought universal paint to paint a unit. The smell seems to be gettin stronger as its drying
The smell is so so strong I have a head ache I have to leave all the windows opened at night to try dry it
The tin says it's matt finish ..... its not
. So do not use indoors or if you have any breathing issues ie asthma

Bought Rust-Oleum Satin Kitchen cupboard paint in Hessian and it’s completely transformed my kitchen. My Kitchen cupboards are handmade in oak and have never been painted or varnished but after many years were looking tired and needed updating. This paint goes on really well and two coats have done the job. I used one and a half 750ml tins to finish the job and I think it looks amazing.

Terrible customer service, completely non existent in fact. Ordered a tin of paint then realised it wouldn't suit for our project. Contacted them well within the 14 days but no reply. Their hello@ email just bounces back.
Really poor that Rust-Oleum who used to be a good company are now just a rip off internet scam.

Ordering and receiving the paint is not a problem, the furniture paint itself- perfect for the job. However having over ordered I've been trying via the "contact us" form and the email address provided which is undeliverable to try a return the paint and like a lot of reviews getting no response. Meanwhile having left a sample pack in my basket I'm getting unindated with emails telling me to checkout. I'd buy rustoleum paint again but try and source via a different route where I can actually contact them if I need to.

It took four cans of this paint to cover a small kitchen cart. The paint spray flew all over the room, leaving a horrible mess. I contacted Customer Service and jumped through hoops to photograph the code on each can, copy my receipts and send in everything. Several days later, I was messaged that none of my photos were received (even after verification). I sent the info again…and again…two months later, I am still getting little ‘warnings’ that I need to send in my info. I am on a fixed income and still have not received my refund, even after speaking to a SECOND department. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I need a refund for my returned item which I have evidence they have received it. They are not replying to my emails which has been over two weeks now ☹️

purchase gator powenet, 80 grit, 5" sanding disks. they were supposed to stick to the sander as other brands i had purchase. but no. i was so pissed, if i could have found the receipt i would have returned them as fast as i could get to lowes. garbage

Absolutely brilliant. Next day delivery free of charge on the website and the thick pigmented paint goes such a long way.

There’s a whole variation of paints to choose from categorised by tints, the only thing I was wary of was that you could only go as far as 2.5L tins for £35. I thought well I want the colour so I’ll see how far it goes…. We’ve got two large fences and I’ve still got some left! It took me 3 tins of Cuprinol 5L tins to get the previous colour.

Blown away, really great. Will buy again!

I ordered some paint samples on the 22nd July, I never received a confirmation email, but the money came out of my account. I still haven't received these samples a month later after multiple attempts to contact Rust-Oleum by email and social media given they have no phone number. I was recommended this paint and am not regretting my decision. Do not recommend.

Be careful what you order, before i ordered i checked i could return the product. They say they issue refunds within 14 days, so i went ahead & ordered some paint (as I ordered a few to try) when i went to then return the paint, you have to email them, they then said you have to take photos of the paint to make sure its un-opened, not used, fine did that. Went to take it back, you cant send paint in normal post as its flammable, so to return a £30 paint tin, cost me £13. Had i known this i wouldn't have purchased. They need to update their refund notice to warn people of this. It was also such a headache organizing a courier. So just be careful when you buy and make sure its definitely what you want.

Done my fridge with this and it’s fantastic smooth coverage. Wait for 24 hours for 2nd coat if required though!
Absolutely easy to use self under coating primer.i did t prep or sand just washed and dried the surface. Make sure to not over paint and use thin layers. Strong smell but will probably mean it will be hard wearing. Time will tell but have used before and been very hard wearing. Great paint! Done the fridge and clock What can I do next?

Was excited to paint a project with rustoleum.. the can leaked all over my hand and dripped all over the project while I was spraying. What a piece of crap then had a hard time getting it off my hands and my manicure. I’ll never use this stuff again.
