I’ve used Russell and Russell twice now for conveyancing and they’re absolutely brilliant. I personally asked for Zoe Harryman as she was brilliant the last time I used their service . There is no fuss , no jargon and everything is explained fully and simply. Such a personal service at the end of a phone . Easy to access on line and always a real person to talk to who fully knows your case which is what I really like .Fees are very reasonable and nothing is too much to ask . Thanks to Zoe, we had top notch service as we sold our home and remortgaged . 5 stars given and would fully recommend to anyone.

Russell & Russell provided a very competitive quote for selling my house. Their online portal for all the forms was easy to navigate and complete. Zoe and the team were great at following up with the seller and very thorough with everything they did. They did not miss a thing. What could have been a stressful experience, was actually a very smooth process and I would recommend Zoe and her team to everyone.

I had to deal with Russell and Russell due tobthe unexpected death of my step mum. They were requested to send the original will, which they told me they had done, unfortunately by first class post, it didn't arrive at probate so that resulted in a nearly 6 month wait for probate culminating in them apparently "finding" the original will 22 weeks after they had informed me it had been posted. Russell and Russell did not inform me they had the will it was purely as I phoned probate for an update that I learnt of the situation. To date they have not contacted me to advise they found/had the will all this time. No thought for the stress that this has caused me on top of the unexpected death back in September.
