Scam and Data Theft
This scummy site owned by "Expedited Travel Canada, Inc." charges you like $60-$80 gives you a free form from the official Governments website of Canada(dot)ca Passports Page, that now has an online application (20 days wait or so still) and this company gives some customized instructions and a shipping label from Canada Post to mail to the government. You still need to pay the actual government of Canada fees.
If you actually need a passport rushed, you need to go in person to a government passport office likely by booking an appointment at the official eservices site
According to the Privacy Policy, They can keep and resell your private information, Store Sensitive Data About Your Children, and Track your precise physical location & capture and Store Surveillance Images from you somehow.
Someone I knew was in a hurry and paid for it thinking it was an official government site, and was still confused by the whole process of having to send the form to the government by mail.
Avoid like the plague.

I went in for my appointment to finish sending off the required documents, was seated in waiting and was called into the booth in a timely manner, the lady at the desk was super nice and got all of my stuff sent of quicker than I thought!

Cowansville QC office on South street.
I was in the Cowansville QC. They were extremely nice and helpful. There was just one lady there and she managed to help everybody filling their information. I had troubles either my right hand and she even helped me write mine. Great service

READ THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU DO IT
After paying and completing the information for my child's passport application, they sent me a half-completed ADULT RENEWAL application as my end result/product, saying it is 100% complete. They also sent a useless personalized CHILD PASSPORT ORDER INSTRUCTIONS. All it indicates is one bullet point referring to an ADULT SIMPLIFIED RENEWAL PASSPORT APPLICATION they uselessly filled out, telling me where to sign and to 'gather required documents as instructed'. That is literally it. I selected child passport at the beginning of the process and entered all of the fields accurately, including the birthdate indicating my child is currently 12 years old.
There is no obvious way to contact them for help. If anyone from this company can read this, I expect my money back. If anyone would like help completing their own applications, Google is more helpful. Don't waste your money or the time of your life it takes to complete their fields that could lead to the wrong result (entirely) in order to receive something you can accurately get yourself for free.
