Hello! Your order was dispatched on 27th June, the package reached your city on 4th of July. However, they were unable to deliver the same due to operational issues in your city, so the same is not in transit and being returned back to our warehouse. In the meantime, we are dispatching a fresh product with new tracking and a different courier. This would be delivered to you within the next two business days.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this unforeseen delay.

I liked the t shirts for dogs. Website wasn't very useful for order return but the customer care team is excellent with their response.

The measurement is really poor- i have asked for return. One of the tshirt started tearing in 1 week only

Customer Service needs work
While the product itself is really good appearance and quality wise, the exchange process was a choppy experience. The prompt replies before placing the order turned into complete silence when I tried to place an exchange request. Also calls to the customer care number are not received at all atleast in my experience. Eventually figured out the process in the website and it was done

Nice tshirt and good experience with the team in choosing the size and also exchanging the tshirt
I have ordered csk tshirt for my dog. I have chat with the team regardithe size and they have helped me with the size. But the size L was loose and again i have contacted to the team for exchange and got the size M. Team has helped me a lot with the size exchange and i love the tshirt . It looks so nice on my dog. Its a cotton sleeveless tshirt which is perfect for summer.
