I recently ran the Lulworth Cove 24km Trail run on the Jurassic coast. It was originally meant to be 27km but no fault by Runthrough It was changed to 24km because of some MOD firing exercises. Overall a great experience. Registration was very easy, staff and volunteers helpful and pleasant. Aid stations could have been a little better but overall very good.

Reasons I gave it four stars and where could improve is.

More toilets. A couple more portaloos would have been sufficient. The queues were crazy. The mobile signal in the area was non-existent. Maybe next time set up a portable starlink, nice to get hold of friends and family but very difficult when there's no signal. Not even 20 m from the start. We had to go through a gate which was closed so there was a massive queue trying to get through the little turnstile with nearly 300 runners. Waited almost 10 minutes to get through, which obviously impacted my overall time. Still waiting for the results to be sent to UTMB and ITRA. I've read other reviews that this hasn't always happened which is a little concerning after advertising that these runs are affiliated with them.

Just small things what I've mentioned above can really make you experience so much better.

I will definitely run this event again.

I completed the Mansfield 10k event in September, organised by Run Through, and it was fantastic! The pre-event communication was clear, numbers sent out in good time and all the info needed was online. On race day my only hiccup was getting caught out by a road closure but that’s my error for not checking the map properly! The event village was buzzing, there were loads of spectators. I ran with a pacer, Gavin - he was excellent! He helped me and others to a PB and encouraged us up the hillier sections. A great event, I’d definitely run it again.

My race time was wrong and 7 weeks later they still haven't been able to resolve this. The customer service has been very poor when I got in touch.

Great organised event at Henley. Relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Took part in the Kent Half at the weekend, and from start to finish it was run impeccability. The marshalling from the local lions was brilliant and they managed the road closures extremely well. Friendly and supportive Marshalling through out the route, and the bag drop was a dream. Beautiful villages and countryside to run through, with great support from the local community. The athlete village was well organised, and very welcome post run. The treats on offer for the runners after the run were also very appreciated. This run will defo be on the calendar for next year.

After race event was plenty of snacks and refreshments to sort you out.
Thought at first then price is abit steep to just run but after looking at the event with the amount of staff stalls and other stuff it's a really good time so went and booked our next at tatton park

Well organised and lots of support on the sides. Tatton park was a great course.

Firstly, I didn't sign up to the Swindon Half Marathon until a few weeks before the event, but it didn't cause any issues with receiving my running number. I simply collected it at the event village on race day.

RunThrough made the entire process from sign up to race day as easy and as stress free as possible... communication via email leading up to race day was always very clear and informative, which really helped to ease the stress on the day! 🏃🏼‍♀️

On race day, the event village was high energy with singers/music. Getting to the start line was easy with clear instructions. The race was hilly but the volunteers and Swindon crowds were encouraging!

There was a photographer on the course who took some great pictures. The most impressive thing is they are free to download! I've participated in some races where the photos are super expensive to buy.

The event from start to finish was amazing. I have run 3 races organised by RunThrough so far: 2 in London and the Swindon Half and in each of them I've experineced the same high standard.

Lastly, and possibly more importantly, the price of their races is relatively cheap! I've looked at participating in many races with various other organisers and its usually the race price that makes me look elsewhere.

To summarise, I highly recommended booking a race organised by RunThrough for high energy, friendly and professional staff/volunteers and an easy, stress free process.

Always brilliantly organised events. Not expensive for entry. Events are all over the place. Volunteers are fab. Medals are brilliant and finish line goodies are lovely. Always got plenty of time for a Runthrough event and will do plenty more

RunThrough and RunThrough Trails both work effortlessly in order to make sure that your event goes as smoothly as possible.

My second year running the Basildon half marathon...I've got to say it is a very well organised and supported event. There's plenty of marshalls to cheer you on ...we had a man singing on route and locals clapping also. Easy to book, collect my bib as I was a late entry...a really nice atmosphere from start to finish....the route definitely throws a curvball on the way back with the incline, but it's a great challenge....and the run through the park at the end makes it a nice finish.

Another great set of races put on. Half marathon for me and made a bit easier thanks to the fantastic marshals! As always, not one complaint, expertly organised from driving into Aintree to going home.

Having taken part in many RunThrough events I can honestly say they have all been really well organised. From completing the initial entry form, receiving the event information, the support by staff and volunteers on the day is all so professional. The courses are well thought through and everyone made to feel so welcome. RunThrough is excellent!!

The event was very well organised. This was my first event and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend runthrough events enough !!!!

What an amazing event! The Ladybower 52K is a brilliant challenge, with stunning scenery, beautiful trails and incredible views around the Peak District. The route offers a great mix of challenging climbs, rewarding descents and breathtaking views that make every step worthwhile.

The event was really well organised, with a great atmosphere and plenty of support along the way. The volunteers were fantastic, always encouraging and welcoming, which makes such a difference during a long-distance event.

Recently ran the Ladybower 52km race, the routes were really well marked, aid stations well stocked and lots of energy from people along the way. The course was a brilliant blend of all types of terrain showcasing a variety of stunning sections of the Peak District.

I loved racing Run Through Ladybower! The course was really good and went over a lot of the Peak District!

I have raced a few RunThrough trails events (snowdonia sea2sky, Tittesworth, Morzine, Brecon Beacons), and have been blown away at every one with the level of event organisation. Courses are always marked impeccably, and the race instructions clear and easy to follow. The event villages are always bouncing, with commentary and a ‘big race’ feel! The medals are good quality and the staff are friendly and professional. Whether you’re an elite runner or dabbling into the trail world for the first time, RunThrough trails are an incredible option and I’ve never had anything less than an amazing experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of racing in 4 of the RunThrough trail events now and I must say they’re always such well run events in some stunning locations! The parking and routes are always very well sign posted/ flagged with amazing support on course.

The event village before and after is equally as great and a lot of options for drinks and food there. For those looking at trail races in stunning locations I couldn’t recommend their events enough!
