I love the simplicity of the program- it is straight and to the point, which is perfect for a total n00b like myself. Also, the customer service is excellent! I was going crazy trying to get one of my streams connected and I finally caved and put in a ticket. Response was prompt and the issue was on my end (I forgot a "/" in the stream URL). The owner was also super kind in response, letting me know that I was not the first to make this mistake. They fixed it for me right away and now I have two streams running on my YouTube channel and I feel like a real professional now!
