I choose the companies I work with exclusively by recommendation. I heard about RolloutIT from one of my best friends, who has been working for them for a long time. They met all my expectations. The project I'm working on is interesting, the team is excellent and since working with them I've gained a lot of knowledge. A big recommendation from my side!
I worked here as game developer and here is my observation about organisation:
1. Manager is very technical and doesn't stop before achieving the desired outcome.
2. They're very much aware about leading technologies and work on them.
3. Management is very good with communication and respect people and appreciate work.
