Tilasin 14 keittiökaapin kahvaa
Tilasin 14 keittiökaapin kahvaa. Lähetys tuli nopeasti. 2 kahvaa oli oikeanlaisia, 12 väärää.
Vaihtokahvat saapuivat. 12 kahvan sijaan lähetyksessä oli 11 kahvaa. No olivat edes oikeanlaiset.

Tilaus sujui moitteettomasti
Tilaus sujui niin kuin kuului. Toisen tuotteen arvioitu saapumisaika oli 2-3 viikkoa, mutta iloinen yllätys olikin, että tuotteet lähetettiin minulle jo samalla viikolla kuin tilasin. Tuotteet hyvin pakattu ja tietenkin ehjät.

I have alredy registered. What can I do more??? I don't know haw to continue after registration to tell you that I have got a broken glass.
I never ever bought from your website if I recognized that it is in Sweden.
Many e-mails & phone calls to have my order safely delivered. Still so disappointed. You have to make your website easier to contact you. ☹☹☹

Tilasin Rum 21 verkko kaupasta viinilasit ja yksi lasti tulli sirpaleina. Otin yhteyttä saadakseni tilalla uuden, mutta ei ollut helppoa. Puhelin soitto ja sp englaniksi vaikka olin tilannut Suomen kielisesta sivulta. Todella pettynyt, miten vaikea on asioida kyseisen firman kanssa. Jäi ikävä fiilis tästä. Lasku kyllä siirrettiin, mutta mitä se auttaa, jos en saa ehjän lasin tilalle? 😞

Nopea toimitus
Viikonloppuna tilasin ja lähetys oli perillä jo ke:na. Tuote oli myös moitteettomassa kunnossa, vaikkakin pakkausmateriaalia oli säästelty - riskaabelia, mutta tällä kertaa tuote tuli vauriotta perille.

Huono asiakaspalvelu
Erittäin ikävä kokemus asiakaspalvelusta, eivät ota mitään vastuuta kun paketti myöhässä ja kadoksissa, toimitetaan reilusti myöhässä. Pahoittelevat mutteivät nosta pikkusormeakaan selvittääkseen tai kompensoidakseen tätä, itse saa kissojen ja koirien kanssa jahdata pakettia. Tuotteessa ei mitään vikaa, mutta onneksi on muitakin nettikauppoja.
