I was looking for a design rug for my coffee nook at home. As I was browsing, I stumbled upon Persian Rugs Online. I fancied one of the Silk Nain Design Rug they had on sale. I could not make make the decision on the spot as it is hard not seeing the rug. I noted the rug number and decided to contact the sales email. Saeid was patient with answering all my questions. After a few days of researching and looking around, I went to purchase the rug. Their prices were better for the rug design I was eyeing. I made that decision with no regrets. The rug was promptly delivered and securely packaged - pristine! One happy customer here!

Rugmaster has been such an amazing business to deal with. The owner Saeid was super helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my request for additional photos about some hallway runners I was interested in. The rug is of superb quality and went above my expectations. Such an honest and reliable business. I definitely recommend Rugmaster if you’re looking for handmade rugs.

I recently purchased a handmade Persian rug from RugMaster and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The rug itself is absolutely stunning – you can see and feel the quality the moment you lay it down. What impressed me most, though, was the service. Saeid was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and even offering guidance on which size and style would suit my space best.
Delivery was fast and the rug was packed securely, arriving in perfect condition. It really transformed my living room and feels like a piece of art on the floor. I also loved that I could try it at home before committing, which gave me so much confidence in my choice.
