For the price charged for these boards they could be properly dry.I will have to keep these boards for at least a week in a warm room before i can sand them down

So welcoming when we picked up the wood. He plained the wood for me once I'd discussed the project I was planning on doing. Let me keep the offcuts. And gave advice on what to do with the wood. Deffo buying from them again!

Good service, great price, quick collection

We bought scaffold boards for new raised beds at our allotment and some bags of kindling.
All are top quality- no cracks or splits, dry and cut to length exactly as ordered.
Tony the delivery driver was very helpful and considerate. We were really pleased all round.
I would have given 5 stars but the office misdirected the delivery to our home not our allotment as directed. Tony made up for their mistake though without complaint.

Great little company. Was able to order exactly what I needed and, when I picked it up they didn’t think what they gave me was suitable so changed it. I didn’t ask them to - they just did it. That is a rare service. Very impressed with them.

Great service from some really helpful people

Quick, efficient and great value and quality boards. This is my second delivery so I knew what to expect and they’re perfect for creating custom furniture from. Their customer service team rang me within an hour of placing the order to see if I wanted them that day. Very happy and will be using again I’m sure!

I used the ‘Cut to size’ service to have some scaffold boards cut and sanded, ready to be made into shelves.
I was pleased with both the service and the boards. David was very friendly and helpful.
The boards have now been waxed and mounted and I have to say, they make beautiful looking shelves (they smell quite nice too). So good in fact, that I am going to order some more!

They tell lies, waste your time and make you wish you were rubbing a grater over your testicles as it would be a more enjoyable experience then these guys.

The planks ok though, not sure it’s worth the effort.

We placed our third order with Rugged and to be honest they are were brill, quick service and excellent products. they went the extra mile and brought us extra used scaff boards to select from for our bar and we really appreciated it. We were a bit short and we had to top up our order and it was delivery in two days.

Fantastic would highly recommend. David to begin with gave great advice and then on the day Charlie was extremely helpful and talked me through everything.

The desk looks amazing.

I didn't get a confirmation of order but went to pick it up direct on the due date stated by the website. It wasn't ready but as it was a small order they cut it then and there for me. Good quality wood and nice staff.

The young bloke at the warehouse was super helpful and made the whole experience very positive both times using Rugged London’s services.
