Love RF, I initially found and supported them heavily during the pandemic with my stimulus checks, fun times!
Five years later now I've amassed a great collection of one of the kind shirts and a lot of them have grown in value, plus its cool to be recognized wearing them when out and about. Through the years and all the changes and growth I've never gotten anything I'm unhappy with. The creators are active in their company and community. Zero complaints and always worth the wait to support a dope business that takes a lot of pride their craft.

I’ve purchased from RF now for several years and it’s always been a joyous experience. The drop information is clearly communicated and the process is smooth as can be. Although orders do take a couple months to arrive, the pre order information is very clearly stated to avoid any confusion. Any issue I had with an order was promptly responded to through their customer support email service and the order was corrected the very next day or two. Great company, great products, great people.

Absolute Class 👌
Looking at some of the reviews, I guess a lot of people just misunderstand the nature of “print on demand” and the way brands like this work. They aren’t Primark or JC Penny - you can’t just rock up and grab a shirt same day - and that’s THE ENTIRE POINT!
The quality of their products is fantastic; their shirts always fit well, their hoodies are so snug and warm, and the prints always look great. I haven’t had any issues with the brand at all (and I’m in London so the shipping isn’t that straightforward) and I’ve always had a good experience when talking to the team.
If you understand the way this brand works, and you have the patience of a mature adult and not a hyperactive toddler, then I promise you, you will end up with some SERIOUSLY awesome swag.
10/10 would always recommend.

Awful Customer Service
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, uninformed, and bizarrely hostile.
They sent a shirt in the wrong size and would not replace it. Actual email from "Head of Customer Service below:
"you can't do the exchange any more.
Our actual policy on the site is no exchanges. You can see this in our faq section on IG since the website is not live between drops.
since there will be no exchange happening and this is not productive, there is not need for a response.

A three star for the graphics only
A three star for the graphics only. The quality of the fabric is good, although it dresses very poorly. The sleeves are very long and the shirt structure overall looks very bad on the body. I’m in good shape and usually shirts dress me well, but, this wasn’t the case. It’s a shame due to how cool the prints are. I’ll end um chopping off the sleeves and making this into a gym sleeveless shirt.
Happy to find an anime shirt company
Ordered from rucking fotten during an archive sale after seeing their akira collection. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement! The quality and the print is top notch as are the garments. Never heard of a “comfort colors” shirt before but now it’s all I want to buy! The handwritten note from the person that packed it and the extra goodies in there were a huge surprise. I just ordered again from their Totoro drop and can’t wait to receive this order.
New fan
Got to go to a screening RF did at beyond fest in LA and was able to get a shirt they made and wow! Amazing design, great quality, and insanely friendly guys! Immediately ordered more off their app. They definitely gained a new fan this week!
I love this company
I love this company. Every drop seems to get better and better. Some of my orders have hit delays but they’re always there to answer an email or even send out a discount code to make up for it. Been a customer for years and don’t see stopping now. Can’t wait for my order from their Drive drop!
Preorder means 12+ weeks / no customer service
Pre ordered something in June that was told it would be 6-8 weeks until delivery due to the print time, etc. totally cool. But it’s now been 12 weeks and not a single update to the “pre order updates” page on website, or notification of delay, and no willingness to respond to emails asking when this would be printed/arriving, which I needed to change the address for because it has been so long since ordering that I have moved.
Terrible company
Terrible company ! Lazy and low quality photoshops stuck on cheap shirts .
The guy who runs the company can’t take any feedback either . Avoid at all costs .

My experience with Rucking Fotten is the worst I've ever had with any company I've ever bought from.
I ordered shirts from them on two separate occasions.
I waited two months on the first Drive order & when I emailed the company and told them that when I placed the order it said it was being prepared but 2 months later nothing had been shipped.
The woman Megan who replied to my inquiry said that it was because of their archive release that my order status had yet to be updated.
5 or 6 drops had happened since I placed my first order and not a single one of those drops had been manufactured.
Basically the company sells you clothes months and months in advance they dont even have made and then you have to wait forever to get them.
Their policy states that they're not responsible for defects or wrong sizes and they do not issue refunds.
Theres been many complaints from people who have ordered from them that received the wrong size or had a shirt with a defect.
Rather then sending out a replacement or issuing a refund the company takes no fault in their mistakes and blames it on the customer or tells them to clearly read the FAQ before ordering.
The 2nd order I placed was from their Archive Drop and this is 2 months after my first order which I never received.
My mom had asked me why I had yet to receive my first order and she decided to delve deeper into the company.
Upon reading the reviews and experiences of people who've dealt with the company she found that they often take much longer then their website says to ship out.
People have complained of waiting over 6 - 8 months for orders from them.
So my mom decided to leave a comment on their Facebook about how i had placed an order and had yet to receive it and how other companies never take this long to ship an order out and so she hoped this wasn't going to be an issue.
Rather then reply to her comment in an apologetic manner or with an ounce of decency she received a rather shocking message from a man named Sean Widup who I believe runs the company.
He told her that they could just cancel my order whenever they felt like it if she wasn't satisfied with the way they ran things.
She replied saying that I still would very much like to keep my order and that I was quite excited to receive the merchandise but would like to know what's taking so long.
She then was blocked from Rucking Fotten on Facebook and all the comments were removed.
The man followed through on his threat and decided to cancel both my orders all because of a comment my mom made about their wait times on a social media.
So rather then responding to her constructive criticism in a mature manner like any customer representative with an ounce of training would do.
Sean Widup chose to threaten her and then block her and cancel all my orders unbeknownst to me and then he wrote me an email saying that my mother had harrassed the company on social media and that the company ( Sean & Megan) didnt allow this and so my orders were all canceled.
Basically if you say anything remotely negative about the company and their horrible policies or critique any facet of the company in any way no matter how little, they will not take any responsibility or admit to any wrong doing and then they will attack you and fabricate lies to cover up their misdeeds.
They haven't a shred of proof to back up their lies and yet they make up stories and blame it on the customers and often times use hyperbole to exaggerate and twist the words that were said to make the person that critiqued their company sound malicious or spiteful.
For instance when I received an email saying my orders were canceled they said that My mom had left comments on their Facebook and that It had gotten to the point where they were just going to cancel all my orders because they wont be harassed (critiqued) or belittled ( told the truth) by anyone.
The reality is she left the 2 comments I mentioned earlier in the course of one day and neither was threatening or harassment and because Sean Widup knows hes in the wrong he covered this up by removing all comments and then blocking her.
When she left a review on Trust Pilot detailing her experience
aswell as mine she received another reply which falsified a bunch of information.
They state that she is not a customer and has never bought a single thing from them and yet I never say a word to them and they see fit to cancel my order without my permission.
They claim that they would've refunded my Drive Order if I did not wish to wait for it which is funny considering when I asked to cancel part of my Archive order because I no longer could afford all 6 Tees because I had a last minute bill I needed to pay the Woman Megan told me to read their FAQ which stated no refunds.
I very much dodged a bullet when my orders got cancelled because this is by far the worst company I've ever bought from & the worst customer service imaginable.
I suggest avoiding this company

I wrote what happened below and I never stated it was my order. My son read me your email and in it you said I belittled and threatened you. Which was not the case, at all. I did edit my review several times,yes, to add a few things I forgot, to fix a date that was incorrect and to write an update. This is a new update, so another edit. I have read other customer reviews that also had issues with your company and the poor customer service, which is why I commented about my son's Drive preorder, in the first place. Then I made a reply back to your reply and that was it. I wouldn't call that a smear campaign. Have I posted reviews about my experience with your company regarding my son's order? Yes,I have. And some of those reviews even include photos. I have every right to write a review that states my experience with your company regarding my son's order, especially when my son has given me permission to do so. (And has his advocate and his mom that is part of my job.)
Your knee jerk reaction to my reply was to cancel my son's orders. I think that was a totally unprofessional and uncalled for reaction. Perhaps, if you had taken the time to see my reply in a different light, and then responded in an appropriate manner, then my experience and my son's experience would have been completely different.
Oh, and my son did email about his Drive pre-order before I ever left any FB comment. He was told the website was down, so there was no way to tell him when his order would be shipped out, until it came back up again. That is what prompted me to look at reviews about your company,as well as reading your responses in reply to your former customers reviews and then posting my FB comment on your page.

**I posted a FB comment about my son's orders that he placed on Rucking Fotten and said I hoped that the Drive preorder was not going to take 3-6 months for him to receive, as I had read in reviews from other customers who experienced long waiting periods for their orders and I commented on how other customers said Rucking Fotten's customer service was awful.
A reply was sent back saying that Rucking Fotten could just cancel my son's order. I told them absolutely NOT that my son very much wanted everything he ordered but that that he expected his Drive order to be shipped soon since it states on their website that it takes 6-8 weeks for preorders to be shipped out and it had been almost 8 weeks since he placed his order.(Yup, I had it wrong at 18-25 days, that pertains to another business whose pre-orders ship within that time frame at the end of a 72 hr sale) My bad. 🤦
I also stated he had placed a recent order from their Archive and that their website states they have these in their warehouse and it can take 2-3 weeks for them to ship them out, so I hoped that he would not have to wait any longer than that.
I said that he purchases t-shirts from 4 other companies who have excellent customer service, products and quicker shipping on pre orders and that is what he bases his decision on whether he will place future orders with a company or not. Simply a fact.
I have pictures of the emails of the orders that were cancelled and the email from Sean Widup stating that he cancelled my son's orders because of his mom's comments on Facebook,where Sean stated I made threats, which I most certainly did not.
I simply made one Facebook comment and replied to their reply to my comment and they chose to punish my son for that. They also blocked me on FB, which I thought was a move strictly to keep me from posting how they handled this issue so poorly and so others who view their FB page will not see my comment and reply to them.
How is this even legal? My son did not ask for his orders to be cancelled nor did I. Yet, Sean Widup went ahead and cancelled them and refunded my son's money. Which my son is now actually happy about after the way they treated him and myself.
The money for the orders was deposited back today, *Saturday, August 24th and my son told me he feels that he has dodged a bullet regarding this company and that he is glad that he will not ever have to deal with them again, as they were extremely unprofessional and their customer service, was horrible, as other customers had mentioned in their reviews, as well.
*I am my son's advocate which is why I stepped in for him to handle this matter and write reviews about our experience with Rucking Fotten .*

Poor customer service and constant customer blaming
Poor customer service, blaming customer for courier problems.
UPS failed to notify us of customs charges. As a consequence, the order sat for a few weeks before being returned back to the USA. Customer services claims that UPS tried multiple times to chase us for payment of customs charges. This is false, as we had no contact, either via email, phone or card through the door. Customer services has blamed us for refusing to pay, and are refusing to refund any part of the order. The only option is for us to either pay another $25 in shipping, and then customs fees (assuming UPS bother to ask us this time), meaning a single t-shirt would cost us upwards of $100.
Extremely disappointing and definitely will not be using again. Will also be going to PayPal to initiate a chargeback as a customer should not be left heavily out of pocket due to the failures of the courier that Rucking Fotten choose to use.
Edit: I would like to make clear that UPS tracking has no mention of customs fees. It says delivery attempt was made (on a day when we were home) and that we refused delivery. As we were both home, nothing was attempted. The only "proof" of the issue being unpaid customs fees is what Meghan has said in email. I'm sceptical. Regardless, UPS failed to actually try and deliver to us, and whether it was a "refusal" or "customs charges", we had absolutely no contact from UPS.

Point 1) My review does not use the name Selina. It's in breach of Data Protection Laws, certainly here in the UK, to share someone's data without their permission. Also, the irony that you can't spell my wife's name properly shows the lack of due care and attention that your company provides.
Point 2) I repeat, once again, that UPS have not sent us any emails, attempted to phone us, nor posted any attempted delivery slips.
Point 3) Tracking makes no mention of customs charges. You stated in your email that it was a customs charge problem. How are we supposed to pay customs charges that we don't know about? How are we supposed to collect an item we didn't know was ready for us? What attempts did UPS claim to make? I would be very interested in seeing their evidence.
Point 4) Blaming us for not checking tracking - You are aware that it is the responsibility for the seller and the courier to do their job properly. It should not be necessary for us to purposely check tracking. Tracking should not be the only way to find out about supposed customs charges or any other problems. It's common practice for couriers to leave missed delivery notes in your letterbox.
Point 5) The irony is not lost on me that you were quicker to respond to my review on here, than you were to respond to my wife's email. I'm sure there's some way you'll try and blame us for that, too!

Customer Service
When you have a question about your order and they refer you to the FAQ. So, I look at the FAQ and notice the pre-order update tab. And it says something completely different. Then, when you mention that they have canceled your order

Seems clear to me that everyone else has the same opinion. Their customer service blows and they think they're on top of the world just because they rake in a lot of $$$. They couldn't bother to exchange one piece of clothing with a different size before shipping it out even when the size I needed was still in stock. Lazy. They might as well just not even have a support email if they're not going to help lol

Would like to echo other people's…
Would like to echo other people's accounts of poor customer service. This company seems like they are just some kids that are talented in designing shirts and found some success doing it, but failed in both scaling their operation and running a consumer facing business. When dealing with them I've found them to be condescending, relatively unaccommodating, and unprofessionally hostile or childish. Hopefully their brand has staying power long enough for them to grow up and learn how to provide some hospitality and maybe decent turn around times on their product fulfillment...
