OK Update to reflect that the company did listen to my complaint and refunded the difference. This is good so I will change from 1 star to 4, In all other respects the service was very good.

What I liked was their boast about CLEAR PRICING. and booking was easy I stated rubble only. Duly arrived pleasant chap, he had lots of mixed rubbish. He looked at my rubble and estimated 300kg (i had no clue) He calculated the price based on that I said fine. He showed me the scale reading before and after. It wss 900kg! However no prob's he recalulated and I paid not thinking too much about it and I did not have time to calc. I was super busy. Later when I had time to read the invoice sent by email, 2 things seemed off, I was charged for 60 mins when the site said 40 for 20 mins which it was less than, however in the detail it also says if the load is more than 250kg the price will be £60 fair enough my mistake, but make it clearer please. Then I noticed I had been charged the general waste rate???? (BTW there seems to be a minimum of 2 tons rubble charge watch out this is not said anywhere on their site) I phoned and was told the driver would need to confirm it was rubble and they would get back to me. Later the driver messages (nice guy) saying he thought he told me about the cost per kg, I confess if he did I was bamboozled but as a customer I was confident on their clear pricing so did not pay attention IF he did, we duly loaded and I got shown the price which I paid as I say I was too busy to work things out and the invoice was emailed so I would read later - My complaint is I asked for rubble - if you know this why send a mixed load truck? Was it clear to me this may cost me a lot more NO IT WASN;T I had no idea of the implications of the drivers comments - If he had said this will cost you a lot more I would of course said no. Again why even show up to a customer with mixed waste KNOWING you would then need to charge them a much higher rate that is NOT good customer service. A number of defensive text messages followed (again please do not try to win an indefensible argument) I asked for rubble collect your clear pricing did not tell me if the driver has a mixed load I'd be charged.
Oddly I am told by the driver after we loaded if I didn't agree the price we could have UNLOADED! Geez just what I need on top of a busy schedule!! Not a good offer, besides I TRUSTED the CLEAR PRICING
Real shame as I was pleased to see him arrive on time and with a pleasant helpful manner. Of course not using again def not recommending feel a bit cheated. Could have easily been remedied by a simple refuns of the difference. que Sera

Friendly, efficient service.

Booked at short notice, they arrived when they said they would and were very helpful and efficient. Excellent service.

The driver, Andrei, gave a quotation for the cost of the work before starting and kept to it. He was careful to sort the waste to keep the cost down for me.

Will definitely book again, a great service.

Lari attended my home today (2nd Nov), promptly, he was polite and helpful as well as being new to the company- he checked with me what I required being moved and double checked at the end which was appreciated- he did a great job which was quick and put fence back in place. Would highly recommend Rubbish Taxi who we have used previously. Marilyn

Great service, very quick response as we needed a prompt removal of the items from our office facility. Evgenij and Dimitrij did a really good job, great and efficient service. Highly recommend. Definitely will be using their service again.

Very helpful, flexible service, & completely upfront & honest about costs. They cleared what would have taken me 2 or 3 weekends in under an hour & for a decent price.

I have used Rubbish Taxi several times over the years and they are always great - used them twice recently when clearing rubbish during a house move. They charge fairly as their vans can weigh your waste. The driver always shows you the before and after weight. Really good service and fair prices. Highly recommended.

I called Rubbish Taxi late in the afternoon to obtain a quote and had the job booked in for the very next day. I love that you receive a courtesy text message on the day confirming the name and arrival time of the chap doing the work. Andrei arrived on time with a friendly smile and made sure he knew what he was clearing up. He wasted no time getting stuck into the job, which was completed quickly and efficiently - thank you, Andrei.

Amazing! Discovered Rubbish Taxi and booked a timeslot. They came and gave a fantastic quote so took the rubbish straightaway. So much cheaper than others!! Have more rubbish and will book them again now I know how reasonable and professional they are. Oh - the message before they arrive is really helpful and you can track them once you receive message. I called Rubbish Taxi and was told a van was already in my area and would come by to do a free quote for my rubbish removal. Communication from the company was brilliant and the rubbish was moved within half an hour! The best quote I had found and no messing around (One company quoted me £££ and then offered to be “flexible” once I’d declined their price). The staff were super friendly and polite. 10/10 will definitely be using this service again. Thank you!

They came within the allocated time, as it was rubble from garden renovations. I did help load on lorry. Happy with the service and price. Looked at other options. Liked how efficient it was. Ie waiting days for rubbish to be collected.
Due to weight it was not possible for me to take to the tip.

Their website is very user friendly.
Everything is well explained and the prices are transparent.
I selected the date and then I got the 2 hours time slots and you pick the one of your choice. You have a choice of 1 or 2 loaders, or 1+ you willing to help. No credit card details to be provided in advance.
As soon as I booked the collection (also providing a brief description of the items), I got an email confirmation with a reference number. On the day of the collection, approaching my time slot, I received a text message to inform me that my driver would be at my address in about 1 hour. He called me when he parked outside and we started loading the items. I have used their service twice now and I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff (Gregorz Grzybek was my driver/loader).
My rubbish was weighted and I paid by card and soon after I received the invoice by email.

Very quick service, the guy was friendly and it was easy to load the truck. I found the price good for the service offered.

Fast, efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced.

Very quick and efficient at loading. Whilst not the cheapest option for getting rid of rubbish, it's so convenient - especially for bulk items.

Only gripe is that we had a LOT of items for picking up and hadn't requested an early pick-up slot, so the truck didn't have space to take everything in one go & we had to book a return visit.

Would definitely use them again.
