I have bought cars for my self and my friends at RU. I have received the best care, transparency and advice through all cars I have bought.
they updated me at every stage till I safely received the cars as they appeared in the photos.
I would say they have the best agent who listens and one of the best is PUM. I hope they grow bigger into saving more people as we need agents like them in this corrupt world.

Very disappointed with this supplier in…
Very disappointed with this supplier in Japan who owes us $1725 NZD in credit for damaged that was not disclosed to us when vehicles were shipped.They offered to do a credit but this never transpired nor a refund a was issued when requested. Strongly advise not to deal with RU JAPAN at all. Chasing up for over 6 months and they don't respond when it comes to claims.

I first bought a Toyota Land cruiser…
I first bought a Toyota Land cruiser from RU Japan in 2019. In this year I met a great guy by the name PUM who assisted in the whole process. He has assisted me in buying so many units to date. He is now closer than a brother a true friend . Thank you PUM.
