The communication was excellent, the electricien, roofer, scaffolder and the contact were very friendly and all my questions were answered quickly.
They took good care and the whole process was very swift.

Fantastic quality solar & battery install. RT solar installed a large 10kw solar pv with battery, EV charger & iboost hot water diverter to use excess solar.

I have had my system for a few months and am very pleased with the install. The biggest positive is the quality of the install, RT did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations. The 27 panels on my roof have a very neat and uniform presentation.

Fernando was very knowledgeable and ensured I was able to maximise the solar capacity as I wanted the biggest system that would fit on my roof to reduce my carbon footprint as I wfh and use a fair bit of power.

The installation process was smooth, I initially had panels installed and then battery a short time later. Both install teams were very understanding of my requirements, had very good attention to detail and carried out the work to a high standard.

The price was competitive (noticeably less than some national companies), there was a short wait for install as I wanted Solaredge brand inverter which had stock delays but Fernando managed the delays well and worked hard to get my equipment in a reasonable time.

My experience has been fantastic and I would be happy to recommend RT Solar to anyone.

We contacted RT Solar after speaking to several others about PV Solar Panels. It was a refreshing change to talk to Fernando who was more than helpful in sorting out a system that fitted our requirement. Once we got the order underway the whole team was very helpful and communicated well about the work, even when external paperwork delays came up. On installation day the team worked very hard to complete the work and left a clean, neat installation.

I contacted RT Solar on the off chance they could assit with repairing an urgent leak, the office person was extremely helpful and managed to arrange for an engineer to attend the very next day at a very competitive price, James and Shane arrived promptly and were professional and completed the work to a great standard.

Cannot fault RT Solar. From Fernando at the front end, to Sandy and Elaine in the office, to the install team on the day. I would recommend them to anybody who asked, and I already have to 2 family members and a friend.

RT solar did a wonderful job with my install, the work was fully completed in one day and the materials are of high quality. I mostly like the inverter and the associated App which I use daily to monitor the energy input and outputs.

I had a heat pump installed last November 21 by Renewable Tech Ltd, and in September 22 I went to turn the heating on and couldn't get it to work. I decided to book a service only because I knew the mobile of the sales person was told they had restructured and were now RT Solar. I booked a service hoped they would show me how to turn it on. I have booked two dates with RT Solar and they have cancelled both within hours of the appointment. When I rang to complain they said an engineer would call to talk me through turning the heating on.
The engineer called me on 13/10/22 and after talking me through several things concluded the system was faulty and needing a visit. However I am a firm believer that the true worth of a company is who well they deal with problems to get customers back on side and after this the company bent over backwards to get someone to me ASAP and repair the system and carry out a service on my heat pump. I am a very happy customer and would recommend.

RT solar are the best at what they do that I’ve been able to find. After extensive research and getting the standard run of the mill, over priced out dated equipment from the big national companies, I found RT solar. They listened to my needs, as someone with high electrical usage, with two EV’s and a smart home full of kit. I had some idea what I wanted and so, had some demands that others simply couldn’t do, as they did one kind of install. RT solar though heard me and responded with exactly what I wanted… and what’s even better was, they were the best prices I could find too!!

I had a 20 panel install on my roof, and started with a 5kw battery, the work was so well done, I’ve had neighbours knock on my door asking after who did them, its the neatest install I’ve ever seen. I have since upgraded my battery system to include another one, as well as an iboost device to heat my water, as I’m creating so much power it’s going to waste.

My bills have been cut by 75% and now with the new battery I barely touch the grid at all. The implementation was fantastic both times. They are always great to deal with, fair prices and very professional advice. They have a fan in me and if and when I decide to make my system even bigger, I’ll be knocking on their door again.

Just had my battery and solar system final instal from RT Solar. I can thoroughly recommend them, the team were very competent and highly interactive keeping me informed at all times in what was a difficult supply constrained market. Pricing was competitive against other suppliers.The panels were installed really well with the solar inverter in the loft space and a battery+ inverter in a protected outside space. All worked well directly after instal and all the wiring was extremely neat and tidy.

This small firm is full of nice people. I had been hoping to get an ASHP for sometime when my boiler was condemned leaving me with no hot water, it was now or never. They managed is get me a temporary hot water solution quickly with a complete installed solution in days over a month from initial contact request. Installation was not without its mess or challenges (mostly caused by my unusual asks) but I'm happy with the final result.

I've a LG Therma-V system (which is a low temperature heat pump), with large radiators to compensate and looking forward to showing my friends my warm house this winter.

I can't speak to cost, I wasn't in a position to shop around. RT Solar had the experience I needed to know I'd end up with something that works.

It was a great experience in having my solar PV and batteries system installed by RT Solar. From the first stage of quotation, Fernando has been very clear and informative and he replies to my queries responsively. He also does not give me any pressure and gives me time to compare and decide.

He also offers wide range of options and alternatives regarding the type and brand of equipments to choose, which makes it very flexible for me to adjust the specs of my system accordingly (something that I found many installers can't do as they tend to limit the options to whatever brand they have). And he also offers suggestions which helps me to decide on the final system. And the quote I got from them is quite competitive compared to others. In fact the options that he offered gives me quite a saving compared to other quotes I got. And he doesn't hesitate to upgrade the system using better equipments according to the supply availability without any additional cost.

Once I signed the contract, Sandy and Elaine always kept me informed and updated at every step of the process.

Installation date was scheduled very quickly which in my case was 2 weeks from the signing of contract. This is very impressive in this current situation of various supplies issues. For comparison, it took some companies more than a week (some even a month) to just replying to my email.

Installation day went smoothly, in spite of some hickups with the supply which was sorted out very quickly. The roofer and electrician's work is top notch. I can't find any fault in the quality of the work. And the system has been running smoothly from day one. And the most important is that they give me confidence that they will give their best support to sort out any problems that might arise in the future.

I was pretty much set on my choice of Solar panel company and then I got a call from Fernando, he was in the area and came and had a look. Straight from the off, his honesty and integrity shone through. The truth is something that you seldom seem to get from some solar panel companies. As an example I had someone visit (from another company) who said I could get 18 panels on my relatively small roof and Fernando basically told me they were talking rubbish as the space on my roof simply wasn’t there. I immediately had trust in him and the way the solar panel industry feels, I think that is very important.

I had constant contact with the company, even before I ordered and felt I could ask any questions and the replies would be truthful and honest.

Installation day arrived, and despite a few issues, which were quickly remedied, I had a 10 panel system that, from the ground, looks great. The installation of all the electrical gubbins was all placed perfectly and looks really smart, from the exterior you can hardly tell that there are new cables and everything was very neatly placed and installed.

Overall, I thought RT Solar and everyone who represented the company were exceptional and I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking into these things then spend some time and make sure you’re happy and don’t feel as if you’ve been forced into your decision and with my experience of RT Solar you should feel happy and not overly pressurised to make, what is, a very expensive decision.

This company has just installed a new system at our property and I am so pleased with the end results. The guys on site were really tidy and left each evening with it clean. The office were very friendly and put me at ease with any queries I had... well done and will be recommending to my friends and family

We have recently has some solar panels fitted to my property in Buckinghamshire and all we can say about this company is WOW!!! They all go that extra mile in making this such a smooth satisfying experience. Firstly, Ivan came round to explain what the panels will do - He wasn't at all pushy and gave us time to think about it. Then we received calls from the office to welcome us and to explain wha the next steps were. The ladies were amazing and answered any queries we had and always made us feel valued. The installation went so smoothly with no hick ups at all and looks amazing!!!

From initial call to installation, no issues. I had lots of questions which were answered even before I went ahead - and I could have gone elsewhere with this knowledge but the ease of dealing with RT Solar was great. Install day came and again, was a breeze. Kept informed and work took place quickly. Following install, I was talked through what happens next including the app to see what power you are generating and further services such as maintenance.

All in all, really pleased and refreshing!
