Finally, after years of searching, found a straightforward, high quality Omega service centre in Manchester for my Planet Ocean. Watch had completely stopped, requiring a full service and a new bracelet clasp. Highly organized and secure drop off and collection and all work documented at an on line portal as it proceeds. Took a few weeks here instead of months away at Omega and would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. The service was exceptional. From initial contact to completion they kept me informed and I received regular updates about the progress of my repair. I had a deadline for going away and wanted the repair completed before the holiday and Lee and the team made this happen in record time. Highly recommended and wouldn’t use anyone else in future. Fantastic company to work with.

I phoned up to get aquote to change the batery in my Breiting ColtOceanewatch. I was quoted £90 which I agreed to.
I dropped the watch off at the appointment time. The manager agreed that it appeared that it just required a battery. Next day I received a further quote of £120 for the same thing. I did not agree to that quote , had to get an appointment to collect the watch. Took it to Timpsons and paid £75. I have other watches and will not be using RS Watches for any work required.

I used RS watch repairs recently to fix my wife’s Omega watch, Omega were quoting six months to do the repair, I found RS and the work was completed in around 4 weeks, I couldn’t fault the service - highly recommended.

I recently gave in to RSW my 2 breitling watches both for a full service and one for repair as well, all I can say is that I am super impressed with the high level of customer service and communication, from the booking of the first appointment to take the watches in, all the way through the process and phone calls and the emails with the quotes etc.
And then when i went to collect them the professionalism and quality of work is incredible.
It’s nice to be able to deal with company who take pride in what they do, with such a high level of customer service.

I used RS Watch repairs to repair my Jaeger Reverso. They were very professional and helpful. Lee explained the process thoroughly and put my mind at rest about security of the watch when sending it to Jaeger. They were very honest and accurate about how long it would take, I got the quote through really quickly after I had left it with them and they gave me regular updates on progress.
