Excellent service, my Omega was returned with its new battery in perfect condition, I was kept up to date with progress throughout and the turnaround time was very reasonable . This is my second time using RS and I will continue to use them.

I have just received my Hamilton watch back from RS Watch Repairs. I was extremely pleased with their service. They repaired and serviced my watch. The price was very reasonable and they kept me informed at every stage. Superb customer care!!

I sent them my Omega Seamaster 300M that had stopped working and was naturally showing signs of wear and tear after 18 years. I was quoted £550 for a full service and polish including a replacement bezel, all new stainless strap pins, main spring and a water resistant kit. Initially I was quoted about 10 weeks but I got the watch back in about 4 weeks. The online portal they provide is great and gives regular updates throughout the process. Couldn't be happier the watch and strap has had all the scratches professionally polished out and honestly it looks like it's brand new. Don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.

I was on holiday when I noticed my Rado watch face was chipped. I googled which firms repaired Rado watches in the northwest of England. My watch is almost 30 years old but in very good condition. I looked at new Rado watches but preferred my old one.
I emailed RS Watch Repairs and got a quick response and then I used WhatsApp with photos of my watch.Within a day I got a quote and on my return I sent off my watch.
Sending off the watch was straightforward and the insurance of £15000 reassuring. I dealt with Lee and we spoke on the phone and by email. It was very professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
I am very pleased to have my cherished watch back in first class condition.

It's my first time using RS Watch Repairs, found them on a Google search. From start to finish, they have been one of the most professional companies I have used in a long time. The service was excellent and will be using them in the future for all my watch repairs and servicing. It's always a worry sending an expensive watch to a company you don't know, however, you can visit in person or post your item using their registered service. I posted the item and again everything was excellent and very good value. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Just received my watch back after having a full service and sorting out an issue where the movement stopped from time to time. Came back working perfectly and looking very shiny. Also returned with a 2 year warranty which I didn't expect. The customer service is excellent with regular feedback and reports via a customer portal that gives you the confidence that they are looking after your watch. I used the free postage which was also insured and guaranteed by RSWR.

I have recently received my watch, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed. The watch itself is fantastic, but I’m also really impressed with the customer service and the updates provided during the repair process. The entire service was incredibly quick, which was a pleasant surprise. I can’t imagine taking my other watches to any other company for servicing and repairs in the future. Had two watches in for repair and service. Longines and an Omega. Both were done perfectly, I was kept up to date on the progress at all stages, and the prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely delighted with the service of my Rolex Submariner by RSWR. The watch needed some TLC after having worn it constantly since I purchased it back in 2008, and it came back in a short time looking brand new.
RSWR kept me fully informed of the work needed and progress throughout, and all was done at a reasonable price and with great service, including the insured postage there and back.

Dropped my vintage sub (14060) off on the Friday morning for a refurb/polish/bezel fix. I collected the watch today (Weds) and it looks brand new and the bezel clicks beautifully. Amazed by the 2 working day turnaround time and the level of craftsmanship. Also on the quote/invoice I wasnt charged for the waterproof sealing and pressure testing which is a welcomed bonus. The overall price was extremely competitive also.
