If it weren't for the ID request i wouldve given 5 star, a risk us customers have to take but personally i understand as they probably get numerous chargebacks and it's their way of protecting themselves.
Other than that, very fast service so thank you for supplying the gold!

Customer service

They tell you they’ll try to get the GP ready right after you make the purchase, but once they take your money, everything changes. Suddenly, you’re being told to come back in 5–6 hours to complete the order. What kind of service is that? If there’s no GP available, that should be clearly stated before taking payment, not after. This whole experience feels misleading and extremely frustrating.

SCAM!!!
I purchased an account for over £100 and they ask for your ID which was the first red flag, I foolishly sent it, and then they send fake login details, and do not give refund!
WISH I READ THE BAD REVIEWS, ALL THE GOOD ONES ARE BOTS!

Jeremy was the nicest most professional customer service rep ive ever had from one of these sites, he talked me through it, and even though there was a delay he reached out, and promised to even email me if the delay was extended. 10/10 for Jeremy.
