Excellent service.
A contact number was provided for the driver so I was able to communicate directly with him. Timely & smooth service. Took all the stress out of parking & saved time. More importantly my car was safe. I will definitely avail of this service again 👍

Unauthorised car used while in their care.
I used this company for airport parking and unfortunately had a very concerning experience.
While my car was in their care, it was driven multiple times over a period of several days without my permission. My vehicle’s tracking system showed it leaving the airport area on a number of occasions, which was very worrying as I had left it expecting it to be securely parked.
The company did acknowledge that this happened and initially agreed to provide compensation. However, after agreeing this, they stopped responding to my calls and messages and the matter has been left unresolved.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when leaving their vehicle with this company, as my experience involved unauthorised use of my car and poor follow-up in resolving the issue.

All staff polite courteous and on time
All staff polite courteous and on time. Drop off and pick up went seamlessly well even when Our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive til 01:30. Will definitely use again

This is a great service and would highly recommend it. It's especially great for an early morning flight when you only have to drive to departures set down and hand over your keys. The staff were very efficient.

Avoid at all costs!
Avoid at all costs!! I was charged €35 for my car to be washed while I was away and came back to a half washed car that was put through a petrol station washer. Driver left us standing for half an hour even though he was rang 30 minutes in advance and said he’d be 10-12 minutes. An absolute waste of over €100

On the day of your return there were major disruptions at Dublin Airport due to the international flight situation related to the Middle East crisis, which caused several flights to be delayed or rescheduled at the same time. This created an unusually high volume of arrivals within a short period, and unfortunately this impacted response times for many parking services operating at the airport.
While we always aim to return vehicles quickly, the circumstances that evening meant some customers experienced longer wait times than normal, which we truly regret.

Excellent service there when I arrived…
Excellent service there when I arrived on both occasions with only a phone call required also it was lashing and they purposely were under the bridge so I didn’t get wet which is the little things that make it a better service! I will definitely use again.

I Used RS express parking Bank holiday weekend in February and was extremely happy with their service, I also got the car cleaned and it was so worth it, they are lovely polite guys, arrived on time, very simple to communicate and get in touch with, it was a seamless service which I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Good experience
This was my first time using this service and it was excellent, I will definitely use it again. The driver was there to pick up and drop back my car on time.
I would suggest you provide clothing with your company logo for the drivers - there are a lot of opportunists out there that could pretend they are working for RS Express.

Drop off & pick up service excellent. We call 30 minutes before drop of and man there to pick up car on the way back home flight was late coming in so call them went we we’re collecting luggage they told us to wait inside and they would call u when they got there it was rush hour and we just had to wait about 5 minutes great service will be booking with again

Suspicious, Do no use this service
We arrived at Dublin airport to be greeted by a man in a hoody vaping and inappropriately dressed . We requested his driving licence and he refused . Also they could not tell us where car was being parked “for security reasons”.
This service was totally unacceptable and very suspicious . I would not trust this service under any circumstances .
We were fully charged for a service we did not receive .
We will be pursuing this further

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your experience, however we would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy.
Your booking was confirmed and active, and our authorised driver arrived at the terminal at the scheduled drop-off time to collect your vehicle. The service was therefore available and ready to proceed as booked. You made the decision not to hand over the vehicle, which is entirely your choice, but this does not mean the service was not provided.
All of our drivers are:
Fully insured and authorised
Operating under company procedures
Not required to present personal ID to customers for data protection and safety reasons
For security reasons, parking locations are not disclosed to customers. This is standard practice across meet & greet parking services at Dublin Airport.
Regarding attire, our drivers work outdoors in all weather conditions and may wear weather-appropriate clothing. This does not affect their authorisation or professionalism.
As the booking was not cancelled within the required notice period, and the driver attended as scheduled, the booking remains chargeable under our clearly stated terms and conditions.
We respectfully disagree with the claim that no service was provided, but we regret that the experience did not meet your expectations.
