It was a smooth sail, the staff was very helpful and answered all my queries very promptly.

From start to finish they were all extremely helpful listened to what I needed and did everything they could to help. Everything was over the phone which was so convenient. More than happy to keep working with them in the future.

Remortgaging with rsc was great Tony Ford sorted me a great deal out and vicky Robinson was great and kept me upto date with everything right upto the completion date

My experience was very good, everything was explained as we went through the process and questions. If I wasn’t sure Wendy was clear and concise with explanations of different concerns along the way. Time was not a problem Wendy had all the time to spend talking me through the process it was very slick.

First time buyer so wasn't sure what to expect and as I haven't done this before I got no previous
experience to compare it against but what can say they got things done swiftly, explained the whole process and kept me updated regularly so from my perspective I cant fault them really..

As a first time buyer this process is a bit of a minefield but I have received step-by-step what to expect to happen next throughout the whole process.
