Misleading description of an item. ‘Stan Smith’ trainers, which is an Adidas brand name, are actually cheap knock off versions. In no way worth what I paid for them. Raised a complaint via PayPal, offered $20. Haven’t seen that yet. Told to write a review on their website but unsurprisingly I can’t actually do that even though I have order details. Would not recommend.

Great communication
My order got lost by usps and rozoze was quick to respond to my issue and is helping me to replace them! Communication and customer service are so important and they exceeded my expectations for both!

Amazing Customer Service
I accidentally ordered the wrong shoe size and reached out to see what could be done. The Rozoze team was incredibly responsive, super understanding, and genuinely eager to help. Even though the mix-up was entirely my fault, they handled everything quickly and got me the right size. I’ll definitely be buying from them again (and the shoes are great too!)

I have not yet received my item
I have not yet received my item. Apparently a delivery was attempted nearly a month ago. No notification was given to me that delivery was unsuccessful. They say the address was incorrect but the address provided was accurate, there are no gates or codes, etc. We receive packages all the time. Rozoze said we needed to pick up the package but delivery service does not allow pickups. They are going to attempt the delivery again. Hopefully will receive. Originally ordered Aug 13, 2025..today is Sept 29, 2025

Previously, we had already shipped your order, but unfortunately, it was lost during delivery, and we were unable to recover it (you also received the tracking information for that shipment). We are truly sorry for this incident.
However, we produced and sent you a replacement order afterward and also provided you with the new tracking information. By now, we believe you have received your package.

Vorsicht bei diesem Online Shop
Vorsicht bei diesem Online Shop. Hier wird billige China Ware verkauft, zu überteuerten Preisen. Bsp. Stan Smith Schuhe mit Aufdruck Hard Rock Café für 75€. Eine Frechheit. Ich bin ein großer HRC und Adidas Fan und freute mich wirklich sehr auf meine Schuhe, was aber hier verkauft wird geht gar nicht! Über die Rücksendung wird nicht gestritten, auch wenn der Verkäufer einen Preisnachlass von 40% angeboten hat. Aber leider ist auch dieser Preis für diese Ware nicht akzeptabel.
Wenn man billige Fake Schuhe mit falsch geschriebenen Logo mag (Hard Rockk Café, leider zu spät gesehen), kann gern hier teuer kaufen. Ansonsten definitiv die Finger davon lassen.
Update: Ware muss auf eigene Kosten nach Australien zurückgeschickt werden!

Excellent company
The company was asked to resend the order, as there was a change in the shoe size indicated on the website. The company promptly responded and resent the shoes with the correct size, telling me to also keep the first item, without the need to return it.
