Blades are good, sharp, and last. I do not like the six blade system, as I have a chin like Jay Leno and the six blade system is just to big and bulky. I will order from dorko again, but I will go with the three blade system. I ordered from amazon, great service --except I got a blade with the three blade system with the handle. since the handle is different and will not fit the handle for the six blade system, I feel a little put out. All in all, good blades (on a five star system, would give them 3 stars, but would give them 4 stars if not for the three blade issue). Good company, will order from them again, but another mistake and I would not be so kind.

I hate shaving. It's just a pain. But I hate it a LOT less since I found RoyalShave. I have bought two Merkur razors. The Progress is worth every penny! Much better shave and much cheaper than those cartridge razors that clog and pull after the first shave. Excellent service and great products.

The product, however, was disappointing. "The All-Nighter" mustache wax was hard in the tin, but lacked any kind of solid hold when applied.

Placed my first order with Royal Shave a week ago. I became confused when the vendor's name appeared on my iPhone as a person's first name. I called the company and spoke with a service person who explained that their website is currently being updated and that may have had something to do with it. The following day, another person from the company called to ask if I had any further questions and did confirm that their website may have caused the oddity during a transition period. I did not have any additional questions but was impressed with the follow up. About 3 days later my goods arrived exactly as ordered and packaged very nicely to avoid damage. I placed a second order for additional goods 2 days ago. So far, the products and client service are excellent. This company has themselves another customer!!!

The web site was well done and it was easy to find what I needed. When I received my order I found that one of the items was back ordered. I got a hand written note explaining the situation. The note informed me of the free items the company had included to make up for the backordered item.

So many companies simply shrug off cases where they disappoint a customer but Royal Shave has gone out of their way to make sure I am pleased with doing business with them. Great products, great customer service.

I bought this great shaving set for my husband and all I can say is that it worths every penny. It was pleasure to shop with RoyalShave. We bought the shaving cream which scent my husband didn't like and they replaced it with no additional charge. Definitely we will shoping with them again!!!

When I made my order I found it to be confusing and because of that I ended up doing an international checkout when I shouldn't have.

Since U.S. clients should not place their order through the international checkout please consider make it more obvious for idiots like me.

After researching on the web, I purchased my first DE Razor and a sample pack of blades from these guys. The razor was priced reasonably (within a few bucks of Amazon). The sample pack was put together with blades of various sharpness to allow me to experiment to find what works best with my razor, beard and skin. Very impressed with the variety and quality. Of course free shipping was a nice touch too. Five Star experience for me!
