royalroad.com Recensioni

The site has a real problem with CENSORSHIP.
Their terms of service aren't specific when it comes to adult content and completely arbitrary. They aren't set up to deal with Adult Concepts that are past a G-Rating.
The place is based in Israel so they don't respect freedom of speach or in the written word. They are even rude about it. Some Dawn Chapman Mod kicked my work off the site based on her moralities, God's know which religion, and wouldn't be specific about what was violate. If they employ people like her, don't expect to post anything but children's books there... They should fire her and rewrite their content rules so people can post their work knowing what's allowed or not. Personally, I think they shouldn't be censoring people's works at all, just properly rating them for the type of content. Their rules make that place look like a backwater third world country with archaic values.

Usually pretty good they've stepped up the advertising behavior. It used to be flooded with p***. They're doing a much better job and it is a fantastic site to read webnovels on although I will say that there should be a much better way to sort through stories because really there is only the trending and important categories there should be a middle category for stories that have received a good reviews but aren't super big

What god dman site tried to get on it but you also have to prove your human but of course I tried to prove I was but the trouble shooting kept failing so one star never use this site

There's a lot to like:
It promotes indie authors
Invites participation
Doesn't allow Porn (there are Plenty of other sites for that)

Overall it seems friendly and nurturing. But what they don't tell you is that review system for stories could not have been designed more perfectly for backstabbing. It's literally like living in a version of the Squid Game where anyone can sabotage anyone else at any time... and the site staff pretends that people are just using the system wrong.
