So I gave Royal Reels a run being a new casino slowly and steadily. Had only done 2 deposited had a small collect and made withdrawal alls going well.. next deposit $121 and problems begin.. it never went to my account.. so tried live support and was straight lied to they kept telling me it wasn’t a payID deposit and my bank was doing a direct bank transfer.. you could see clearly on the receipt I provided it was a Asko transfer, which is instant for the minute or two at worst so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited 48 hours only for it not to clear then when I tried it again with them, they said already spent it and the next breath they said it was still coming. That’s just giving me the runaround. It’s been an absolute pathetic joke..
I would highly recommend not using this casino save your money stick with when you know they’re white-collar criminals.
