The sweaters i got were great quality but a touch small. I just wanted to oversized look That’s where everything went BAD! Customer service is beyond horrendous! They communicated, but asked “ would you take $22?” The items were in perfect condition and had been tried on and had tags intact. The next response was “ would you take $36?” That’s it. We’ve gone back and fourth for several weeks. Sadly i had already ordered and paid for the larger sizes to expedite the situation. No idea if the new order will even arrive. So it looks like my lesson is learned. I just wanted others to know what you are dealing with. BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!! READ OTHER BAD REVIEWS ~ THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM! MY LOSS ~ $212 :(

Customer Service NEVER replied to my request to exchange sweaters.I received the product and was pleased but needed to exchange 2 sweaters for larger sizes.I contacted customer service 6 times and received NO response over 10 days!!!
I have now returned the items and am requesting a FULL refund!!..Rowye's customer service is awful!!

It has been more than a month since I ordered and so far nothing but an email that says it shipped but tracking number is useless. I asked for my money back because no product they won’t/can’t because they say I haven’t received it yet TRUE but my hopes are fading of ever seeing order or money

The quality was a little less than I expected. Sweaters are cute. Fit well, I ordered true to size. Shipping took a little long, but beware of the quality it’s not super stellar.

Took forever to get sweater. I assume it is a women’s sink ordered a large and the sleeves are still too short

The sweater that I ordered and the one that I actually received are NOTHING alike. Comes in a bag marked “made in China” and it’s no tags on the sweater. Not good quality and certainly not what I ordered. And took over a month to arrive.

I love the oversized sweater. It's comfortable yet stylish. The blouse is unique & fits comfortably for work.

The sweater I ordered was not at all like pictured. It is the one with the star. The sweater was grey instead of the cream color advertised and the product was defective from stitching. When I tried to return it, the company asked me for a picture(which I provided) and then argued with me about whether or not it was defective. This company is overpriced, fraudulent and rude. Do not order from them.

The sweater looks nothing like the one in the photo. The knit is different. The cut is different. The color is different. It looks like something a Swedish toddler would wear.

had to order this sweater 3 times before the right sweater came. I love the Ivory not the two gray ones that came first.

I read mixed reviews about the company and quality of the clothes. I read reviews and ordered the appropriate size based on the fit I was looking for. Some comments suggested delivery was slow however I received my items in about a week. I am pleased with my purchase.
