Poor customer service
Item purchased on Jan 22nd. Item sent to a different collection address. Told just pick it up from there. Business hours are completely different hence the first issue. Not to mention thats not the address on the invoice.
Appealing prior to chargeback. CS. Incredibly poor. Do not recommend.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and as a small business we work very hard to deal with each customer individually and provide our undivided attention.
This item was originally requested to be sent to a location where it could later be collected. Due to an inaccessible address, our courier had to deliver the item to the closest post office - minutes away from the original collection address. The customer unfortunately refused to collect from there. Customer received money back in full.
