Back in the day I ran a highly profitable IT consulting firm. Post Ir35 and covid damaged the business irreparably. It was limping along, a zombie in reality. There were considerable intangibles on be balance sheet, but a small ccompany is only worth real assets. Chris and David at Rothbard offered impartial and professional advice and the company was sold to a US based PE firm. They will realise the intangibles and dovetail the company into their EMEA ops.

My accountant suggest I give them a call. My fencing company really did not bounce back after the various government imposed lockdowns. It was just struggling to be honest, we could pay debts but that was about it. Like so many small businessea at the moment! It all took about 7 days and communication from all parties was great. If you are struggling, give them all call

The team led by Chris is professional and adds value throughout the transaction.
Swiftly resolved some initial hiccups and got down to business thereafter. Their solution is unique in the marketplace in that they keep the companies active and sell on at a later date. Companies are never dissolved.

At the beginning, I was not sure if this is the right way of getting out of my business finance difficulties and Chris helped me a lot to understand everything and now I am debt free.
