My daughter is rowing the Atlantic as part of an all women crew after much research we chose the Atlantic Dive Watch with Orange NATO strap for her journey. We ordered online, no fuss, watch arrived next day, looks incredible! Will update performance after the row.

Watch is great, but the wrong band was sent. I ordered yellow and received black. Let's see how good the customer service is now

Great products, amazing quality. There was a delivery issue & it was resolved like lightening. This is my second watch from ROTATE NORTH (different model) as I was so impressed by the first. Couldnt be happier.

Initially ordered a Turbulence watch. Great discounted price and looks great.
Unfortunately the watch arrived broken and I realised I needed the Arctic dive watch which is a much sturdier watch.
I returned the watch and after several emails finally had a reply( There was some staff illness and the company apologised).
The postage was refunded in full and as a gesture of good faith the company sent a Arctic to replace it at no further cost.
I already have an Arctic- which is EXCELLENT- but my partner 'borrowed' mine for an expedition and refused to hand it back to me!! It has been submerged in mud. Dropped. Knocked and has survived some quite extreme situations.
I now have the Arctic with the blue strap. I LOVE THESE WATCHES. They are tough as old boots. Keep great time and look brilliant. Yes they are very chunky-especially on a smaller wrist- but I like that look.
These are a TOP quality watch.
IMO they are better than many other 'Dive' style watches that cost considerably more. Plus they are a UK based company an as such deserve our support in these tough trading times.

First things first: the watch is lovely. Really beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Great value, highly recommended.

That said, there was a mix up when ordering and it took almost two weeks to receive it. When it finally got here, I was surprised to notice there was no manual or any papers other than a printed invoice.

No problem with the watch and the delivery. However I was entitled to a 10% discount to complete the transaction, which the System never allowed me to apply (because I made my mind up the day after, I guess). Not a major issue but I would not have minded getting it.

Really pleased with the whole experience. Bought the Arctic on the Orange Band. Love it!

I ordered the Atlantic Dive watch which was delivered in less than a week to the USA. The watch is excellent quality and very handsome . The price point makes this watch and excellent value. I am so impressed with the watch, I am contemplating ordering another one.

Good quality replacement strap but expensive for what it is

I am incredibly happy with my watch.
I work as a wildlife cameraman,
filming in some incredibly harsh environments, ranging from tropical rainforests to the Arctic. As a result I require a solid watch I can depend on.
As I need something hard wearing and reliable for my work, I ordered the Arctic model. It feels solid and robust. It is slightly on the heavy side but that is fine, I’d rather have something solid and durable.
I ordered online on a Tuesday and the watch was with me the following day. Happy days!

Great quality and feel for the price. if you want a great outdoor casual automatic watch, I cannot recommend Rotate North enough. I have already sent the link to a few of my buddies. this was a great cost effective addition to my tudor and omega.
