A bargain

I have been looking at this watch for a while as I love a thick diver watch
So when you have a 60%sale I didn’t hesitate to purchase
The watch just looking fabulous and with the bright orange strap it’s just waw
Arrived on time and looks even better in real life
I have not been in the sea yet but I am sure it will be fantastic
Great watch for the price 💜

I have been a massive fan of the brand…

08/07/25 UPDATE: Still no contact!!!
I will never buy from Rotate North again!!

I have been a massive fan of the brand since purchasing an Arctic watch a few years ago, however I recently bought an orange Nato strap that doesn't match the on-line description. The strap I received doesn't have an etched logo on the buckle and is of low quality i.e. it looks and feels like a cheap Chinese import and not what I would associate with the brand.
I've contacted Rotate North on numerous occasions via their site, email and phone.
I have not received a response to date, which has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service!

Apologies for the delay coming back to you on your query - we've been making some changes to our customer support arrangements over the last few weeks to address the issues that you and others have raised. Hopefully we're better set up now going forward.

We've sent you a separate email to see if we can assist you with the specific issue you've encountered with your watch strap. In the interim, I can assure you that it isn't a cheap import but is in fact an unbranded version of our normal strap, manufactured by the same family-run factory in Vicenza, Italy.

I hope the above is helpful, and apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

My Watch broke after about 35 days

My Watch broke after about 35 days. When I emailed the help email address I still have not received an answer.

I really didn't want to write this…

UPDATE: Still no-one has reached out, a month later. Changing to 1 star, and shan't be buying another.

ORIGINAL: I really didn't want to write this review! I bought my Rotate North "Tempest" watch two years ago and absolutely love it. However, just over a month ago, I started to hear an ominous rattle within the watch. It has since stopped working. I emailed RN a month ago to work out how I could get the watch fixed, and have since sent 4 more (very polite) emails, so 5 in total, and yet have had zero response from them. I'm *hoping* these emails are just going into a spam folder (which even if this is the case, should really be checked regularly) rather than just being ignored. I've bigged this company up to so many friends, as I'm such a fan of their watches and aesthetic, but starting to feel this was misplaced. I'm still very much hoping someone reaches out...

Epitomy of poor customer service

Epitomy of poor customer service. Still selling watches with wrong straps and not responding to customer communications.

Avoid, not worth the hassle if you have a problem.

Worst customer service not great…However now resolved

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.. have called and spoken to someone four times now for a really simple issue with my strap (
Broken clasp)

Seems They have no intention of responding to phone calls, emails to their help address or even to an instagram message..

Shame as I love the actual watch, but having such distain for your customers isn’t a good trait for a business..


Edited - After being contacted by the Tom at Rotate North, my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and they also offered a further goodwill gesture due to the delays incurred… So all is now good..

Rotate North do not refund returns

Rotate North do not refund returns. Buyers beware. I speak from direct experience. Item returned by registered post Feb 20 2025. Numerous calls to their ‘help centre’ are a waste of your time. No follow up happens. Spend your cash elsewhere watch shoppers.

Tempest Quartz

Watch arrived quickly and is wonderful! Looks and feels way more expensive than the price paid. Good looking watch, very well made and HPQ movement keeping superb time.

Arrived to time

Arrived to time, at a good price. Why not five stars? Not totally convinced by the rubber NATO strap, and the first thing swapped out. But seems a reliable, sturdy timepiece, and will be my "go to" holiday watch.

No refund despite return

Returned a Tempest Automatic Navigator Watch (40mm) in perfect condition. No refund within 7 days as stated on website. This matter will be pursued.

Really poor call centre performance. One person ‘didn’t even know Rotate North sold watches’. Buyers beware if you need to return. Glad mine was relatively cheap.

The watch is quite lovely and made BUT ...

The watch is quite lovely and made with quality materials.
That being said, a few details could be improved: The "automatic" and "1000ft - 300m" markings are far too small, making them almost unreadable.
Another issue is the friction with the crown's grooves, which feels unpleasant.
A more thorough polishing of the crown would have made it smoother on the skin.

The support is horrible

The support is horrible! Called them 4 times to sent me a return label but nothing. They tell always the same story but nothing happens. quality is also very very low..

We also completely disagree with your comment about the quality of our watches being low - read some the reviews on this site and you'll see that's simply not true.
