Such a clever bit of kit allowing you to drop your radiators to clean and decorate. Not only are orders delivered quickly but the customer service is second to none. I stupidly ordered kits for single radiators whereas I had bought double radiators. I didn’t realise until the plumber came to fit and found the lower brackets that cradle the pipes were too short. I phoned Rotarad and spoke to a lovely lady who promised to send out the new parts first class and free of charge. There aren’t many companies with that level of customer care nowadays. After sales customer care is really important to me so I would recommend this company (and their fab product) to anyone in a heartbeat.

Fantastic product, so easy to use. Decorating behind the radiators is so easy when you have these fitted!! Everyone should have them in their homes!!!

Excellent piece of kit. Originally bought off eBay or Amazon but the add did not specify the sizing so it didn't fit. When I contacted Rotarad they were very helpful & I was able to place an order for the correct sized item which arrived very quickly. Fitting this bit of kit is pretty easy, even for non-plumbers like me.

If you think John Lewis gives good customer service then wait till you deal with RotaRad, if only all companies gave same level of service.
The product is brilliant just unhook the top of the radiator and lower it down, take the safety wires off and you can lower it to the floor.

I ordered the wrong kit originally, but didn't realise. So I phoned to query why things seemed so tricky and they sorted me out immediately. They sent the correct replacement parts that I should have ordered, by 1st class post, to get me back on track. Their service and support were exemplary. Once I had the right parts, fitting was smooth and easy and, so far so good, Rotarad does exactly what it says. Will be using for the rest of the rooms as I'm replacing the old radiators on a rolling programme.

Great bit of kit, cleaver / practical and very affordable

Having discovered Rotarad at a building show in 2008, I have spent the last 10 years having the plumbing, electrics and décor changed in a 1930's house. No plumber myself, I find Rotarad system easy and convenient to use for cleaning and decorating. No more trying to find a plumber to disconnect and reconnect the radiators. All new builds should be fitted with them.
Rotarad service is friendly, courteous and fully comprehensive and their system does everything they say it does.

I'm an Asthma sufferer with young children and pets in the house so air quality is really important to me. I worried about my children living in a dusty home and suffering the same Asthma symptoms as myself. Knowing that the radiators were a hotspot for gathering dust and making me cough every winter when they get turned on I looked to do something about it. Rotarad seemed like a great option as it allows for cleaning without any messy and difficult disconnection of the radiators. I don't' have any plumbing experience but I thought I would be able to fit the kit myself so I had a go and it was no problem at all, I fixed the brackets to the wall swapped the fittings on the radiator for the ones provided then it was just a case of putting the radiator back up and re-filling the system. I'm really pleased with the result as I can tilt the radiator forward whenever I like to give it a quick hoover and a dust and the air quality in my home is definitely better as a result. And my partner also loves the fact that we can paint behind them easily now without making a mess. I would recommend Rotarad to anyone who has Asthma or worries about the air quality in their home as anything you can do to remove dust really helps.
