I got my work surface fitted a few years back by these guys and it is stunning. Had to get a chip repaired and the guys were in and out within an hour, cant see the chip. A+ service and workmanship

Absolutely outstanding service. I wouldn't even bother wasting your time with anybody else. The customer service the workmanship is fantastic.

After been let down by a handful of companies I luckily came across there instragram page.

Would definitely recommend for all your worktop needs.

Brilliant company and beautiful work surfaces. We went to a few places to look but RO surfaces stood out. The craftsmanship and skills of the fitting and joining are outstanding and we would recommend them to anyone. Adele and the customer service team were excellent too. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. Sensible lead time for a complex custom worktop and met every promise on time and to a really high quality. Exceptional attention to detail and a superb range of stock immediately on hand. We were able to pick our stone and a week later see it installed to our kitchen. Can’t thank them enough and I highly recommend. Thank you!

RO surfaces did my dekton surfaces around 2 years ago - Ernie did a perfect job fitting them absolutely love them. Unfortunately I slightly chipped the edge last week. Ernie returned and fixed the chip to perfection you cannot tell at all - all the staff including Adele are just amazing I wouldn’t go or recommend anyone else thank you

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very happy with my quartz worktops - every part of the process was made so easy. Firstly Adele in the office who was so helpful and knowledgable, Chris who took so much care and attention when doing the template to make sure that everything was just right and then the lads who fitted the worktops and took a real pride in their workmanship. Also the time taken so that the join in the worktop was so perfect it cant be seen. Very pleased that I used R O Surfaces and would highly recommend.

RO Surfaces have done a first class job on the worktops for our kitchen. In a world where many companies are unreliable with products, time frames and reliability RO break the mould. From our first visit to their showroom Adele was patient, and helpful in describing the choices available. She was always available for our many questions and she kept in constant touch giving us updates and time frames. She sent us samples and always checked that we were happy with our choices every step of the way. The installation process was fantastic. The guys turned up when they said they would, they were so careful and cleaned up after themselves, nothing was too much trouble. Having had a very bad experience with a previous company we were naturally wary but we can’t recommend RO Surfaces enough and we have already recommended them to friends and family.

Tried all suppliers in North East and these guys were the best on service and price. Recommended!!

Following damage to marble, I contacted RO Surfaces. During all contact service was polite, proffesional, helpful and friendly. Repair was beyond my expectations and almost invisible. Highly skilled craftsmen who work to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Adele and the RO team could not have been more accommodating they worked very hard to get us exactly what we needed in prompt timing and helped us pick the perfect worktops and back splash.

I have to give appreciation towards the way the team assembled the worktops as they took their time to make sure everything was on perfectly. Our kitchen fitters had applauded their efforts as it was something they had never seen before.

All staff we dealt with at R.O surfaces were knowledgable, helpful and highly professional. The price was very fair and they have done a fantastic job at templating and installation. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Thankyou for a beautiful quartz worktop!

This terrific company fitted the quartz worktops in our brand new kitchen and their service, from first point of contact to the signing off, was beyond our (high) expectations. Although based just down the road from us, we had no knowledge of ROS until the time came to look for quartz, so finding them so close was an added bonus. However, if we'd had to travel to achieve the same outstanding result, we would have gladly done so. We can't praise Dave and his team highly enough, their knowledge, work ethic and customer service is second to none. It was a big decision for us, installing something we have to look at every day., so it had to be right. We needn't have worried, the choice available, the expert guidance we received, the meticulous templating and the final fit, all made for an absolutely fantastic finished job. We love it... and if we had to do the whole thing again, our first port of call would be RO Surfaces.

We were looking for someone local to give us a quote to respray our 28 year old magnet kitchen , but no-one was able to do this and by pure chance somehow I managed to get Dave Dixon's contact details. Dave was based 80 miles from us but he agreed to come over on the following Saturday, Dave quickly gave us a rough quote and invited us over to his show studio in Gateshead. What a place that is , so much choice of the highest quality material that it was tough to decide. Dave was able to provide all we were looking for Kitchen Respray, Worktops, Splashback, Flooring and plumbing. We signed up to what was more or less Dave's original quote and TBH I expected it to present a few problems but honestly nothing was an issue to Dave , I seriously have never come across a contractor quite like him , he is simply beyond comparison and we are just delighted with the job he has done.
If anyone is considering a kitchen make over of any sort then the first person I would recommend you talk to is Dave , if you don't then you are making a big mistake.
