I had a bailiff turn up “ Ben mykhal holmes” turn up illegally clamp my mother’s car and claimed not to have seen the blue disabled parking badge that was displayed on the car’s dashboard, by claiming that it was dark and rain was on the windscreen, I made a complaint thinking he worked for Equita bailiffs, went to the hearing he never turned up , the judge set another date and now I find out , thanks to the court that he also works for Ross and Roberts Ltd , I don’t know what’s going on here but regardless of that , he broke the law and tried to illegally extort money

And continued to lie in a bid to justify breaking the law , there’s only one way to deal with the likes of what can only be called criminal enterprise, as long as you have a legal and valid reason, complain to the court they got their bailiff from certificate , give them a taste of their own medicine, and if you have a blue badge and you know they’re coming get witnesses and a time stamped photo of the blue badge being displayed the day before they turn up

had an email back now they are saying a charge of £235.00 was added for a baliff coming but no letter or baliff turned up what can you do they wont listen they just hang up the phone .

Rude unhelpful stuff. The ignorant little creature I just spoke to hung up on me for no reason at all! We were having a conversation where she was the only one getting annoyed 😑
Unhelpful, untrustworthy and most of all they rob you at a time when you need a little compassion.
The lies they tell are unbelievable and I’m shocked people actually listen to it.

Disgusting company and the rudest, most unhelpful staff I have ever come across. They dont respond to emails either.I had a rude nasty woman on the phone try and bully me into paying higher amounts monthly. Because I work full time I have to apparently despite having other bills and kids to pay for. Anyway I got my way and got the lower payments.
Awful despicable company, cannot wait to be rid of them

VULNERABLE People Beware of Ross and Roberts...Approach at your own risk.
They can only apolagise after the event of being reported for causing you alarm and distress, instead of training thier staff to be approachable with listening ears and polite everytime.
Its a pity they already knew of my disability and vulnerabilities but never logged them in the past.
They did log it after the stage 2 compaint and never admitted they were wrong in not safeguarding a known chronically ill individual.
The are not trained in talking you through any difficulties of your personal and practical issues of unifordability to pay.
They certainly appear to be trained in bullying people and in attempting at doing everything in their power to scare you into paying up while on the phone to them.
I wouldn't reccomend you turn to them for advice as no matter how difficult things might be they refuse to listen and offer professional support.
They will talk over you to cause maximum distress.
If you dont listen to them and thier demands they will of course terminate your phone call .
My 6 phone calls in a distressing but determined effort to be able to talk to anyone who might be willing to help me to understand and cope utterly failed and all phone calls to them were of a threatening nature and caused me real alarm and upset that was really unsavory with an already fragile mental health issues.
They appeared lawless and above the law in the dealings i had.
That day i turned to my anxiety medication to quieten my body down from what thier staff exposed me too.
While my first complaint in a stage one letter I miight of been delighted that the Complaints Manager responded to say he had upheld all 3 disturbing calls which were just shocking.
He agreed that the 3 phone staff fell far short of the companies own policy and customer care procedures.
But thats where the good news stopped.
I continued my complaint into a Stage 2 and then the highest level of thier own complaint procedures at a Level 3 complaint and its a pity at such a high level they really dont get it that they 2 are answerable to outside Authorities and probably also to the Financial Ombudsman Services.
They claim there is no provision to their victims of abuse and no such compensation would ever be considered.
And whatever they say and do is kept an internal sectet.
Thats fine.
But by saying sorry is worthless to the victim and it makes the complaint totally pointless

I reccomend before approaching Ross and Roberts to always seek advice from orgailnizations like the CAB.
If you can take your issues back to the parking services themselves rather than trusting Ross and Roberts to care enough to listen and treat you with human kindness and treat you like a real person.

THE WORSE COMPANY ON THIS PLANET!!! THEY ARE RUDE!!!!!! UN HELP FULL!!!! HOW PEOPLE LIKE THIS ARE ALLOWED TO OPERATE I DON'T KNOW!!
I'VE JUST EXPRESSED MY VEIWS TO THE LOCAL COUNCIL THAT USE THEM, MY LOCAL MP, CITIZENS ADVICE AND EVEN TO THE POLICE!! BULLY BOYS STOOD AT YOUR DOOR, BUT GUTLESS IN A DIFFERENT CIRCUMSTANCE.

Enforcement agents highly uneducated, unable to grasp simple concepts, lie about application of law. They even tried telling me they knew the law better than i despite them knowing my legal background. Threatened to use force on a civil warrant. And the cherry on the cake telling me he was a bouncer at the weekends and will restrain me then have the police arrest me! All for a £60 civil debt in a woman’s name and at the wrong address.
I have nothing but contempt for these thugs.

Rude. Unhelpful bunch of bullies. Unwilling to help in anyway. Asked for benefit proof and in and outs form. I sent this in and their response was its not our problem you have no money pay in full or the bailiffs are coming. Low and behold they did. This company should be shut down. Never answer my emails next thing i knew was the bailiffs. £40 a month when your on benefits is a lot of money and they just ignored it. End result i had to borrow to pay the bailiff demands and pay half the debt then set up a payment plan. All they have done is out me into more debt that i cant get out of
