I placed my order on Feb 7
I placed my order on Feb 7. I could understand the Valentine’s rush. I could even understand some travel issues. But it’s now Mar 14, and my order has bounced from San Bernardino to Los Angeles, 2 times now. I live on the East Coast. After emailing the company twice, to two different email addresses, I’ve only been sent back an apology and my same tracking number. No explanation, no attention given as to why it may have taken this long. No accountability, and no assurance that it will be taken care of. Submitted a claim to my bank for a refund. I would consider this business fraudulent at this point.
