Don’t buy from this company, if you ask to return anything they just keep emailing you with badly written excuses. I have just sent my 6th email and have now reported them to PayPal. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!!

I have been in correspondence with this “company” since early September when I was foolish enough to order without checking reviews. The service I have received is very similar to others on here, right down to receiving the same email as Ms Lax this morning. In it they give the sorry tale about returning goods being too expensive. I say goods, I really mean ‘bads’! The quality and style is nothing like the photos on their website. IMHO this is a just a money laundering scam, they receive our money, eventually send inferior items, then make it almost impossible to return for a refund. Their offer of a 10% discount is laughable. I will be reporting to Trading Standards today, I have already informed the credit card company and will be plastering all over FB.

Please explain why you offer a returns service if you have absolutely no intention of accepting them?

Why can't the garments be returned to the UK depot it was sent from?

It is your responsibility as a company to facilitate an effective and efficient process for your customers to access your ordering/delivery AND RETURNS departments.

It is NOT ACCEPTABLE for you to say that the postage would exceed the value of the goods. It is also NOT ACCEPTABLE to use the 'veiled' threat of the package being 'lost' in the post.

The quality of the garments are such, that I would be EMBARRASSED to give them as a gift to any of my family and friends, so that is most definitely not an option I wish to take.

Sort out your processes and I expect you organise the return and FULL REFUND as soon as possible.

Do you really want another negative review and comment posted on your website? Unless I get a satisfactory response from you, I will be adding your email, detailing your lack of assistance, so that other potential customers will be aware of your severe lack of professionalism.

Have to write a review for my wife as she has been blocked making people aware of the appalling quality of the garments and when asking to send back for a refund she couldn’t get a response only to find she’s been blocked. AVOID

Dreadful company. Quality poor, sizing not accurate, cant send things back easily and if you do they will charge you rather than give money back. I would give it zero stars and advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

Received part order waited one month,, have tried to contact by email but all email addresses got returned,
Unless you are prepared to loose money do not order the ordered size will not fit UK sizes. Wasted £58.67. Really bad Co.. I'm waiting for PayPal results

If i could give a zero star...i would. I received the items last weeks and tried one of the 3 on. The quality was extremely poor and the cut of the round neck sat tight up to the throat. I emailed them the same day i received them, they replied 24 hours later asking for pictures of the items to be sent to them. I did this, and their reply was...these were the items you ordered, try them on again and see if you like them! If i did not like them one day, i would not like them the next. I emailed them again and requested they send a returns address. They emailed me asking me to give them to family and friends and they would reimburse me 10% of my money!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ROBBING BUGGERS. I still demand a full refund. I have today contacted the Trading Standards Uk and they have given me a contact number for Trading constitute of Hong Kong and China.

I wish Id read the reviews beforehand! I am struggling to get a refund - they say "just give them to friends" and they owe me £90. The quality is poor the clothes miles too small and I doubt I will see my money again - DO NOT USE

I ordered 3 items weeks ago so far one item has arrived , it is cheap and nasty not even finished of the ham is not even stitched up.
I have tried in vain to get a return address and also to cancel the two outstanding items but have had no reply to my emails.
Do not buy from this company beware!!

Do not use this seller. Very poor quality. Unfinished garments, sizing all wrong. Pictures are from good quality sites then copied. Returns policy is non existent. You have been warned. They advertise on Groupon.

Same as most of the reviews on here. Complete rubbish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. COMPLETE SCAM. They go under several names including ROSELINLIN. SCAMMERS. Been done up like a kipper! Left message on Trustpilot about Roselinlin and Trustpilot took it off! Are theses companies linked in some way?? NEVER will I order from any of these sites again. Great believer what goes round comes round!

This is a nightmare company to deal with. Clothes were very cheap, wrong sizing and now struggling to get a return code, they keep trying to get me to reconsider and keep the items even when they dont fit!!!

Very very similar experience to people below.. Still not got a reply to my emails and 2 negative reviews not on show !!! Not surprised! Quality and sizing was atrocious....and not going to get my money back.

Goods not as described, nothing like as described on photographs on website, poor synthetic fabric, awful shape and sizing, ragged stitching, falling apart, no labels. If 97% of people leaving reviews are saying this is a scam then people need to report this and get this stopped. I have sent an email requesting a refund but realise that from previous reviews i have lost £57. Whoever is profiting from this needs to be stopped.

my mum went on rosefind and ordered 6 items with the selected sizes thinking it be the right size to fit from a chinese size guide to a uk size guide which i payed £83.54. Waited 3 weeks which it arrived by then. Wasn’t happy of the sizes when i got them as they were far too big that is like a size 18-20 so it was incorrect sizing as it had a size for a big person which it didnt suit me and mum well that i thought it would have been like a size 14-16 something like that. I’ve contacted their customer service about the problem that i wanted to exchange the items for a size smaller as they are too big, they wanted proof of image of the items that i have to exchange and to list the names of the items which they should find on their database tbh but they are too lazy to do anything, after waiting another day by today they came with an excuse which isnt on their information paper as to what they said on here via email;

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, REPORT IT FOR STEALING MONEY. ITS A SCAM. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME. THEY INSULTED ME WITH A 5% discount AS IF I WOULD EVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN.

Absolute rubbish! Tatty clothing, very cheaply made. I've been trying to email the company to return but emails bounce back. From reading other reviews, I'm obviously wasting my time.

Like previous reviewers I only give this company one star because it isn't possible to give a lower rating. Complete scam. The item I received was like a dish rag and even had the bottom edges unsewn and frayed. I tried to get a return address from customer services but they asked for photographic proof. When I sent this they came back with all the excuses about customs fees and getting lost en route and offering me 10% refund as a goodwill gesture. This is completely dishonest. I so wish I'd checked the reviews before I sent forwhat looked in the advert ,to be a very attractive tunic top. Do not touch this company with a barge pole !

My wife ordered from these scammers and they sent her clothing that was only fit for the rubbish bin. They won't allow you to send clothing back due to customs charges and possibility of loss in transit so offered my wife 10% refund as a sign of goodwill. Scam website, no better than wish.com. I hope Rosefind read my review (probably won't even care, they're too busy making money by scamming people) and realise how crappy their service is.

I awarded 1 star as it wouldn’t let me go any lower! Very disappointed, the top is an odd shape, not true to size and the design looks cheap and tacky, I wouldn’t even use it to sleep in! I suggest you don’t waste your money!!
