I regret spending so much money on the Rorra countertop filtration system.

Rorra advertises that its filters last approximately 90 days, but ours lasted only six weeks in a household of four. Even with heavier water use, replacing an $86 (with shipping) filter every six weeks makes this system extremely expensive to maintain. Rorra should be much clearer about how quickly filters may need to be replaced in a normal family household.

The customer service has been even more frustrating. I ordered a replacement filter two weeks ago, but it still has not arrived, even though my order is marked “fulfilled” on my account on Rorra’s website. My family has now been using the system with the red filter light on for 10 days while we wait for the replacement.

Rorra does not provide a customer service phone number. Customers are limited to email and a website form, and I have had to use both repeatedly just to get a response. Replies take days or sometimes do not come at all.

For a water filtration system this expensive, customers should receive accurate information about filter life, reliable replacement shipping, and responsive support when something goes wrong.

I purchased Rorra because Andrew Huberman recommended it, but this experience has made me seriously question that recommendation. I cannot recommend this product based on the high ongoing cost and unacceptable customer service.

The prompt responses to my questions has been unparalleled and very unusual for today's busy world. It's quite unbelievable and much appreciated that a company provides such terrific individualized attention.
After not being able to utilize my under-counter filtration system, I research for months and determined Rorra is the ultimate in counter-top systems. I love my Rorra and could not be more pleased with its quality and functionality. Thank you for your stellar product and all-inclusive customer service.

We bought a Countertop water filtration system which we love. It is great to know we are drinking water which is pure and does not have harmful things in it. It also tastes much better than the water provided by our town.
I managed to recycle a part of the machine I was supposed to keep and emailed customer service and Rorra is sending me a replacement so I can get back to using my system.

Rorra is built to last, and the customer service is impeccable—they truly care. The water tastes delicious and, without hose connections, the unit can be placed anywhere, the counter is uncluttered.

The water from this filter system tests better than Arrowhead mountain spring water. The taste id s good as well. The customer service is exemplary!

I was listened to and given detailed advice that was very helpful I followed the advice and issue was successfully addressed.

Truly a terrible product experience and not worth the price or dealing with customer service. We bought a rorra and it instantly started leaking. A leak from the handle makes it unusable basically. First customer service just sends you a spring and a screw like that fixes things, it does not. Now we are told to ship the unit back in its original packaging no less. So thank god we didn’t trust this internet only brand and we kept our box, but it’s been 6 months of back and forth to get a working unit and the entire experience is a net loser for customers. I would never recommend this product and I would tell people to stick with the name brands who can actually service the market.
