Scam. They do NOT do returns. Cheap Chinese imports from china. Don't waste your money !!

Scam. Never received package. The tracking doesn't seem real. I asked my local post office and they didn't even think the tracking number was real. I emailed them multiple times and was told someone signed for my package but they can't tell me who. Scam. Stay away.

This website is a scam. I purchased a dress and they never delivered.

The colour of the dress on the website says it's white but when I received it, it was completely different. It's a champagne beige colour. How can you advertise the wrong colour? I honestly don't understand. I can't even post it back now because I live in Australia and it's gonna cost me so much. So disappointed!!! They also deleted my review! I put this same review before but they deleted it!! It's obvious they only keep the 5 star ones!!! Horrible service!! If I could give 0 stars I would! They also refuse to refund or pay for postage!!

I ordered this store. Totaling more than 300$. Never met an online store as it is such a poorly managed customer service center. What code is this? I ordered 8 items, but only received 7 items? If the American side is lost while being transported, they will be compensated. This store just said talking to the warehouse. This is a waste of time and money. Pyjamas are like a tabao not a designer.

Do not use this company. They do not so what the promise - lots of words are stated about their returns policy but it is a complete lie. It was untried-on and in the original packaging and barely opened - it was present and my partner decided immediately it was not suitable for her.

I followed the instructions for return to the letter. They did everything the could to stop me from sending the garment back. Finally they gave me the returns address and I sent it back tracked so I was able to see its course back to China.

I spent a huge amount getting it tracked so I know there was an attempted delivery many times at the address in China and no one answered. I emailed to chase Rorien many times but the replies have been more and more vague and deliberately misunderstood whereas the original response was in incredibly good English. Eventually the package was accepted, as I can see from the digital tracking. That was weeks ago. I have heard nothing. Therefore I can only presume their returns policy is simply not true and their website is not speaking the truth. They still owe me $84.

Don’t be fooled - there is no returns policy.
