Basically your website is terrible. I then received multiple emails saying I had left items in my cart, this was after I had made my purchase. Then advised the ropes would have to be made and minutes later told my order had been dispatched. My order did arrive but oh my pull your socks up and get it all fixed.

Hi Im sorry about this. The website has just bee revamped so there may be some teething issues. I will get it looked in to. As regards your order, many f our items need to be made in house when not in stock. I think you must have been told it wasn't in stock, then they found some and sent it. So sorry about that. They couldn’t have been more helpful. I’d ordered the wrong cord and couldn’t work out which cord I needed for my project. James got back to me promptly and identified the correct product.
