Excellent customer service
When my order was delayed, they emailed straight away to offer a refund. When I said I'd just wait for it anyway, it arrived in good time and with a nice wee hand written apology note on the receipt. Definitely recommend.

Packaging
Happy with the products sent, however the packaging wasn't well thought through. I ordered coffee and the bags were placed right at the top without anything between them and the top, so when I cut the box open with a knife it sliced through the coffee bags and spilled everywhere. A thin layer of bubble wrap would have done the job.
